I don't have a dating profile. This is a scam to get personal information.

This person is also pretending to be a woman named Rachel Wallace on singles sites.

This guy is a scammer, don't return his calls or emails.

I've been texting with this "woman"  who says she can make me rich.  "She" won't answer simple questions. "Her" number is (224) 419-4079

I have had this guy texting me non stop all day, wanting me to do an order for him . When I did not respond he put me down and saying I was not handling right . He has never seen my work and kept changing what he wanted on me , amount quantity and said he wanted a private dealer to handle it for me . Do not deal with this person.

I got a check priority mail asking me to be a mystery shopper . i'm a smart girl though he texted me and asked if I had deposited the check i said yes he asked what bank and i told him BBand T which is not my bank lol but then he said i should have money in my account and I said yes he is getting ready to send me my second assignment judging  by you all this is a scam too,when i told him it would take 2 days to go through my bank he said no i just looked at my account and the money went through in your account ( Got you because for one it's not my bank and i never put it in the bank ) So i will be turning this over to my local police with their fraud department .  The number he texted me from is : 224-419-5203  and said his name is : Jeffery Atkins

Got a text message from "James Walker" from (408) 209-6490 according to the message. I think they are just dialing for dollars to see what phone numbers actually are active (provide response) then will sell their database to scammers and telemarketers. DO NOT ANSWER OR RESPOND. They don't care to discuss anything, they just want your response!

Forgot to put that the number he used was different then above. He used 414-465-8209 to text with...please beware of this guy!

Yes ive had it happen to me a few times now, its sad people got to try and rip others off,get a real job dude.I hope he ends up in prison soon.

Last summer, I was sent a check that was suppose to be for a job that was listed on craigslist. I told them not too, they were copies of the post office money orders, and they were very interested as well.
Most of the jobs listed are not real jobs, and most are already filled.

Just had this happen yesterday! This Guy (James Walker from Wi, Milwaukee) was communicating through text. He FedEx'd a check to us for a stand we are selling for $300. The check was for $1,550, because he said he was adding extra for shipping. He gave us a tracking number. so, of course I was tracking it. Funny thing, he said he was from Wisconsin but, the FedEx package came from Texas?!?! That's just the first thing. Then when we get the check, it says from California community college with a memo of available funds. I told my husband to call the bank and ask if its a real account! He did and within seconds he found out It is Not!!!! This guy has Stolen checks, and its a Closed Account!!! Be careful on here folks, its sad people can't be trusted anymore.

Maybe this guy thinks that somebody from Montana is stupid, but I received a text from this guy today says he's gonna send a cashiers check for a truck I listed on Craig's List. I wasn't taken in by this guy and if he calls me as I requested, I'm gonna tell him to send me the cash instead and I'll save alot of time.
    Don't think I'm stupid buddy, or I will turn the tables on you. Been around the block with the best con men out there and you my friend are not even in the top 10000000.

Just got a text from this phone number regarding mt basketball hoop. Says he will send a certified check and wait until funds go through bank before he sends someone to pick it up! Scammer!!

I got a text from this number asking if my craigslist item(car) was still availiable because they would love to buy it. I thought it was weird that he didn't ask to see it first, and when I called the number, I got a google voicemail operator. But the guy that texted me was going by the name "Mark".

Well you should just call the police right away and use the information you have then. Asking him for his name, would be good enough. I would be worried, because you never know who you dealing with over the computer or phone. I got several e-mails saying there was a rich family that dies in a airplane accident, and there was 20million dollars that they would send to me. It is all a scam looking for personal info. Send the e-mails to phishing-report@us-cert.gov it is a e-mail that finds the person and deals with them. Never re-contact the person in the future:)

I got the same thing from this guy, almost fell for it until he told me he "mixed up his checks" and was sending me a $4800 check for a $250 dollar item on craigslist. I instantly knew it was a scam. I emailed him back and told him if I got the check in the mail I was just going to turn it over to the police. now he has my information though. Should I be worried about my personal info like address and phone number being out there?

The very same thing happened to me this week. Same guy, (James Walker) Wish I knew how to flag him on craigslist. SCUM!! We were smart enough to know, but a lot of others might not be so lucky.

I got a text from this guy Named James @ 2:22am CST asking if my item was still available for sale I responded I wouldn't ship anywhere without cash in my hand and I don't need help selling it!

texted me at 2:53 am about a craigslist ad said his mane was James Walker and he needed me to send him a certified check! Really dude, you need to send me money for my item, not the other way around. PLEASE dont fall for their crap! they send you the check then they empty your bank account.
