I received this call altho I'm on Do Not Call.  This is SPAM

received a call from this CRIMINAL FIRM flaunting FTC/DNC regulations.  complaint filed with FTC, hope they are prosecuted.

Called at home trying t get me to refinance my home mortgage.  I asked him to take me off there call list and he hung up

Called at home by 224-649-5534, caller id "Northbrook IL", did not answer, they left no message. I wish they would honor the legal requirement of the national do-no-call registry.

224-549-5534 called two seconds after another call with different phone number rang. First caller disconnected after I picked up. Coincidence? Don't think so.

Actual person called. Mortgage company. Told him I haven't any mortgage...he thanked me then hung up.

'Not associated with SPAM activity'?!?!?, so why all of the sudden everyone is getting calls from this #, just got one today... I'd say, definitely SPAM activity.

I got the exact same call with the exact same responses

I called it back and seems like an 'automated' person, but he said his name was John!  It's about reducing your mortgage payments and I asked to be removed from their list.  He apologized and said they would take me off the list.

I answered this call solely because the previous day I had been on the phone with one of my credit card issuers about possible fraud and I thought it might be related to that. It wasn't. I answered the phone and there was a long pause, presumably as the auto-dialer transferred it to a person, and right as I was about to hang up I heard an overly enthusiastic "Hi! This is John! How are you today?" This pitch itself sounded like a recording, so I said, "Is this a recording?" Response from the caller: "Hello, are you there?" So I hung up. I have no idea who the caller is or what they wanted, but I shan't be answering their call again.

I got a call from NCO Financial, I usually dont take thier calls I hang up without answering, sometimes I get a call back that will hang up on me, well this time I got 1-224-649-5534 they hung up when I answered , so I called the num back and a automated voice answered, but it was being maipulated. I told it I made 6 million dollars a min and it laughed then hung up. This is another way for bill collectors or mortgage financers or insurance sales, to bother you.HOWEVER I have alot of free time on my hands and will continue to search this num.

CPROCESSINGD appears as the name.  No message was left.  Whitepages.com says the number originates in Northbrook, IL, as a Peerless Network landline and not associated with SPAM activity.
