Don't bother. Apax Financial does not exist. The only Apax business that exists is an investment group in Europe. I do not have any outstanding debts and the last time I did was 7 years ago and I paid it off back then.

Call goes to a personal cell phone. This is a scammer. If you give them your info (hopefully no bank account info) you will get scammed.

Guy called and asked for Steve. I figured I'd play with him and asked "Steve.. who? Last name please?". He didn't say and then responded with "uhhhhhhhhh.........". I said "This Steve doesn't exist does he?". He says, "No I have records on him...". I respond, "Well if you have records you have his last name, social, address etc..... so I ask again, whats his last name?". This time he says "I don't have it in front of me at the moment". I told him to hang and put him on hold and called my friend who is an attorney and conferenced him into the call. I come back and say "Sir, I have my attorney and he'd like to ask you some questions.". CLICK... he disconnected.

Do not give them any info. If they call your cell, just use one of the free blocking apps available. I put it on mine and they eat voicemail each time.

i just got a text from my minor child stating that someone keeps calling her and she doesn't know who it is.

this company is rude...I recently purchased a vehicle and know for a fact that there are no collections on my credit report...they are calling not disclosing who they are and what they want until I verify who I am but yet they state the number shows my name because they have caller id and they say they tracked it to my social....that worries me....these fools need to quit calling or I will look into pressing charges against them.

The caller does not maintain this website. You need to contact them directly, in writing and VIA certified mail that the person they are looking for is no longer at the number they are dialing. If they continue calling after you have proof they received your letter, you can sue them for TCPA and FDCPA violations.

Please stop calling this number:  I just got this number.  You must be trying to contact the person that had this Magic Jack number before me.  I've been in a rehab for 1.5 years and have no bills whatsoever.  Please.  This is warning number one.  One more warning and then it's $1,500.00 every time you call me after that.

This is a collection agency...I owe Fingerhut $50 and they are trying to collect on the account. I did not answer, and they never leave a message. I called the number back. The guy was a complete ****! He stated to pay now so I wouldn't have any other fees, but wanted to charge a 9.95 fee to take payment via credit card...only 4.95 for checking account payments. I told him I would contact him back on Friday (so I could research the company and make sure it wasn't a scam) with a payment and he refused and tried to obtain my checking account info today.

Keep getting annoying calls from this number. Been almost two years now. Don't say anything amd if you dont answer thy call you back to back.

Irritating calls and nobody answers - they have a series of numbers 224-935-9046, 224-935-9048. Perhaps its time to sue these irritating guys.

Get about 4 calls a day from them. Blocked them. I hope everyone who works for them dies in a horrific fire.

Received a call today and called them back. Lady said they were looking for X person and told her i have no clue who she is.  She stated they will remove my number from the list. I have had about 4 other agencies call looking for that same person, guess thats why she changed number.

Apex may be "world class" but they keep calling the wrong number and don't bother to leave a message.  That's a computer with the wrong number dialing me, and that's NOT world class.

2 calls no messages on my cell phone - don't even know how they got my cell phone number.    I do not owe anyone anything, so I think they have a wrong number.   I am just rejecting the calls as I am on a pay as you go track phone.   3rd day this week. 224-935-9047 go away!

They keep calling my cell phone. I take the time and effort to let them know that they have the wrong number. They then indicate that they will remove my cell phone number from their database, but they really do not, and they keep calling me in pursuit of someone named Robert/Charles.

Seeking attorney assistance. This so-called company continues to call my minor child's new phone. Apparently the automated number we see isn't the number to contact a [live] person.

APAX Financial's automatic dialing keeps calling our number asking for a person we have never heard of and certainly do not know. The computer voice instructs that if you are not that person, to hang up.  We have done this every day for a period of 2 weeks and still they call.  Today I called the number and a female who did not identify herself as being associated with APAX until I asked, told me that they will remove our number from the system.  When I threatened her with reporting them to the AG's office, she hung up on me.

Keep getting one or more calls from apax financial everyday. I press 0 to talk to someone, and I tell them no one by that name lives here and to stop calling us. They keep saying (and not in a nice voice) to tell the person they are looking for to stop giving out your phone number. I tell them I don't know where the person is at they are looking for.  I'm tired of being herassed by these people when I don't owe a thing and haven't done anything wrong. The call today was even worse then before. The fella was yelling at me when I kept telling him you have a wrong number. I finally hung up on him. They are all very low life people that work for this company. Losers!

I get calls from Apax Financial from Texas and Skokie, IL number daily and when i answer no one says anything and when I don't answer no one leaves a voicemail.

Received phone call from this number pertaining to car that was an agreed repossion, car was delivered o them in lieu of remainder of payment.

caller today said I need to make payment, and I told them you got  the car.  Leave me alone

I receive calls from this number for someone named Audrey Simmons.  I do not know her.  Apparently at some point she has put down my cell number for her own.  I am sick and tired of getting calls from this number and other numbers for this person.  It seems that when I block a number, another one seems to take its place calling me.  It is never a "person" on the phone.  It is a computer.  It says if I am not Audrey Simmons, hang up.  Well, I am not, and I want the calls to stop.  If anyone from this telephone number reads this posts, QUIT CALLING MY PHONE.  I AM NOT AUDREY SIMMONS.....

I've been getting calls from this number and a couple others recently wanting to collect a debt which I DO NOT OWE.  It is harassment plain and simple.  Where are the politicians that DO EVERYTHING for us?  They can track a terrorist in the middle of the Pakistani Mountains and hit him with a Drone but, they can't find and arrest these people?  I know many are from out of the country but we have agreements with many of those nations.  How about we help them arrest these scammers?
