About 15 minutes ago I received a call from some bogus company but didn't answer the phone. Why is it I get numberous calls around the same time?

Loan offer via text message to my cell phone. The web site www.1500site4.com has links to a Contact page that does not exist (404 error). The only means of contact provided on the site is the email address support@1500site4.com.
