I just received a call from this "David Johnson" several times today, with the same the  "Good Luck as the situation unfolds on you" if I or my attorney did not return his call. He also said the call was a matter of urgency and not to disregard this message. When I contacted the number, a female Abu sounding lady answered something law office. The guy actually contacted me at work as well saying he was an attorney. Our switchboard operator did not believe him. This happened a few years ago with some guy that sounded like he was from the far east calling threatening that he was going to have me arrested at work. Today I asked our switchboard operator if the guy sounded foreign, like an Abu. He responded, YES, he sounds like an Abu, or from India.

Area Code 504: This turns up only rarely in all the sites where people post complaints about nuisance phone calls. My theory is that if they are finally turning to 504, then the other area codes are getting "too hot" for them.

he calls from 213-965-3964 as well. Says I need to call him back NOW!!!! Guys a joke!

The person has an accent. He claimed to be at a law office. He i s going to have me under arrested. I did not give him any information about me. He called my job, home, and cell telephone numbers.

They left me alone for awhile now the calls are coming in again. Stating that I need to contact them along with my attorney. When I call the number of course it does not go through.

They are on drugs lol   No way in this country does it work that way   I loved calling them back and letting them know Hitler and Stallen are dead!!  May work that way in their country but not here. Scammers trying to frighten everyone.  Bs

They called saying that I owe them money on a loan that I have never takin out and they could not tell me when it was takin out are the amount she also told me they are going to issue a warrant for my arrests

Yeah, they like to sit there and harass and threaten you but when you call to just get mere answers, they completely block your number haha

Same as everyone else... called my wife at work .   Stated she owed $200 today or there was gonna be an arrest warrant and tomorrow shed be picked up at work.. my wife called me balling fear if going to jail.. she looked into a loan never completed any app... now she gets calls repeatedly at all hours every day.. I started calling them all back the same way they call her and appears I missed one cause he called.. I had a heated exchange with some Indian ( towel type sorry no offense intended)  guy and I'm gonna keep calling him till he stops.. fought back y'all... ring their lines off the hook... yes were both on the no call list...

I have had more than 25 calls from these people in the past few days including Sunday. They must of got my number when I applied for a payday loan a few weeks ago bc all of this started within hours of me applying. I didn't accept money from any of the site I used online bc no one had a good thing to say about their customer service, I said i didn't need the loan anymore and I believe that is why I get these calls now. it happened once before about two years ago shortly after my husband had applied for a cash advance on line. it is a HUGE scam, don't send any money or western union anything at all. The guy that called me today actually had my social security number, which once we hung up, I called SSA and had a freeze put on my SS#.

This number 225-331-3020 and the man Jason Conner w/ a very heavy accent from India called both my work number and cell number. The message was very threatening. He was from an attorney's office, stating that either myself or my attorney had to get back to his ASAP. I called and they answered the phone as "Law Office". I gave them my number and they said they were trying to get a hold of another individual. I told them it was the wrong number and they said they would delete my number then. I then called again from my cell phone, they answered just "Attorney's Office" I said I got a message, gave them my name, guy put me on hold, then hung up. I have no idea what type of scam this is.

What this company is doing is illegal. They CANNOT summon you over the phone saying they will have a warrant out for your arrest. They are very rude and harassing. I asked them for their address and their professional licensing number and the guy put me on their block list whenever I try and call back. Get ahold of the Consumer Response Center at 1(877)382-4357. You can file a complaint against this company (which under research is called New Cingular).

I love how they pick names like "John Smith" or "Scott Brandon".  They also believe that by using sentences like "arrest warrant" or "law suit" it gives them the authority to say anything to obtain any information from you.   Last guy that called hung up on me because I said to put everything in writing and send it to my lawyer so we could sue his a** for harrasing, false testimony, jeopardizing my employment, and verbal threat.
I was told the phone number is routed to a US line, but they are actually based out of the US. They sure don't know how things work here.

keeps calling me sayin i owe money. i just looked at all my statements on my account no money in that amount was ever put in my account. he cannot tell me who it is because they are going to send out an arrest warrent...wth..looked online there is a us cash lending alert where it is extorsion !! no they dont exist....i put in the phone number and this came up. i hate being used!! i am very upset but they will not win...1-225-331-3020 brandon scott, talks with very heavy accent, gets mad when you ask him questions....

Received a cal from a guy named John. No doubt this was not is name because he could barely speak English. Told me if he didn't hear from my attorney by the end of the day, he would have no choice but to contact authorities and proceed with investigation. He ended by saying, "if I don't hear from you all I can say is good luck". Dude couldn't even pronounce my name correctly and it is a very common name. SCAM!!
