it is an scam is like hey i got a call for you press one to receive it and then you get a bill with even thousands of dollars . i saw it in the news tho.

I did a reverse lookup and got these results:

The number is appearently based in Baton Rouge, LA.

I get these calls as well, but I never call them back.  It must be some sort of scam.

I called them back and got a machine saying:

"This is a travel related call.  If you want more details, we will contact you.
If you wish to be removed from our list press 1"

I pressed 1.  It asked for my 10 digit phone number after the beep, then said "Thank you.  Your phone number has been removed from our database"

Hope i did not enter myself onto another call list!!

Called me on my employers cell phone.  Babbled gobbledegook and hung up.

could not understand the heavily accented message..
except hang up now..which I did.
caller ID showed Baton Rouge, Louisiana
have friends there.. otherwise would've just erased the call.

missed the call on the berry tonight so I called it back. got a brit accent with reference to a travel related business and that "...if I wanted them to call me back.."

It's a scam!!! I got missed call from this no.on my cell, but no msg left.

I got the same call and let it go to voice mail.  Have received some calls from area code "500" as well which appears to be one of those internet based VOIP services so you can't call those back.  Been trying to track phone numbers that resulted in me being robbed in a property rental scam in Los Angeles.  I travel and was looking to relocate and dorve by a property and followed up with rental on line....as a result of my "asking questions and tracking numbers" I have received several questionable calls like this as a result....report it to Baton Rouge, LA police as a harassing call amke them track it down by service provider.

got a call from this number on 11/21/08 @ 10.42am. the caller spoke spanish, i hung up immediately.

Call in Spanish at 15:05 EDT. Unfortunatley, my High School Spanish did not help.

I found this site while searching for another number that called me today. Just being curious, I went through my phone to locate other "unknown" numbers. This number called me on 11-21-08 on my AT&T cell. My phone shows that I answered it, and I would've remembered a recording like winning a million dollars so it must've been silent. With the other number from today, a few of us that mentioned it all had AT&T providers in common.

Hey, I just got a similar call from an automated voice saying I had won a trip to Cancun and to press 1 to get my prize, I hung up at that point. The number is 801-410-1096. I'm on a Bell Blackberry. It must be a scam

I got a call that I missed it only told me the number from voice mail. It would not show up as a call which is creepy they left like one sound on my voice-mail

When you get unwanted calls from this or any other telephone solicitation service where the message is a recording, repeatedly push the star button on your phone. This will screw up their system and they will dump your number from their calling list.

I got called on nov. 20th to my cell phone, left no message, I live in vancover, BC.!!  i have also been getting calls from 225-435-4096 asking for Mark and Anita !! WTF!! leave me alone!!

Stupid telemarketing call.  Hang up ASAP. How could they ever sell anything.  Wasting their time and ours.

I am in Huntington Beach CA,  I just started getting calls from this number on both my cell and home phone.  Funny thing is that the home phone is through the cable company and the cell is through AT&T?  I answered is and nothing just a spanish speaking message like everyone else.??

Called me at 10am on a sunday claiming i won 2000bucks and to push 1 i did to see what this was all about then i spoke to a spanish speaking lady asking how old i was she also said that i had won a trip to disneyland (i hate disneyland) they also asked visa or mastercard and expiration i told them they should no they called me the lady insisted so i said no! And hung up

called november 23/08, 9:55am PST, didnt pick up, no vm left. i live in so california, had this number for years, with tmobile though...annoyed since its interrupting the preshow game in football

U just waisted your time. U can file all the complaints u wan the tekemarketes will work the way around it.
