They won't tell me who is calling. They ask me to confirm my name before they will give me any information.
I find them to be incredibly rude. If it is indeed Toyota Financial, that's disappointing. We pay our bills.

Very annoying! This is Toyota Financial, I made a payment through their website, TOLD THEM LAST WEEK, and they are still calling me this week. UPDATE YOUR RECORDS, ugh!

Yeah, I made my payment over a week ago. It is an automated message. Once I picked up and let them know that I paid days ago on the due date, they should stop calling and they told me that the automated call is in the system and until the payment is cleared they can't stop the calls. They should fix their system.

It doesn't do any good to pay your bill with these idiots. I made my payment on their website with a pay date that was the due date. Two days after the due date they were calling me. I told them to check their system it is paid. They said it takes a while for that to show up and calls would continue until the computer knew it was paid. The money was out of my account and they were still calling.

It IS indeed Toyota Financial Services. They have an automated system, where once you answer the phone, the system puts you on hold until an agent becomes available and picks up to talk to you. Enjoy the call or, better even, ignore it.
