person kept asking to speak to my roommate and asking for her address so they could send her a package, but when I asked for his name and who he worked for he wouldn't give it. Sounded shady so I hung up.

I called Disney Promotions, and it's a fake.
I knew it when the Verification Agent kept asking for my expiration date on my credit card.
email wtw.guest.communications@disney.com to report any incidents.

pretty sure this company is posing as Disney Promotions and trying to gather credit card information by saying you have won a Disney Vacation.
