I have recived a call from this number to and when I call back it says the number does not exist and I just called it back and got a busy tone. I looked it up and the area code: specifically belongs to Harrison County, Mississippi. I looked up the number and the cell phone company says the number is available-so some one is using the number illegally.

this is fraud...hang up they asked if i had a major credit card and a stupid msg...they asked me if i had a major credit card and if i qualify for 10% interest.....i said discover, they said we dont take that and hung up...something is fishy this needs to be reported to the police and feds and stuff...
