When I dialed this number back,, found it belonged to Verizon Wireless with operator saying it was no longer in service or disconnected Announcement to switch service 1015-5.

I have DNC, why is my cell# still being called by these marketers....I also received calls from
405 217-2378, 402 930-3659, 704 220-0645, and this is just today so far.....PLEASE MAKE THEN STOP
