That is a debt collection business, apparently some company turned a bill to them that wasn't paid. Federal Law prohibits them from leaving messages unless you have previously told them they could. I would answer if you care about your credit!

Credit Bereau. Calling because of old bills - bills that shouldn't even have been turned over to a credit bereau because they were PAID. I believe this company is very fishy. I think they may be stealing information and trying to collect money. I spoke extensively to one person named "Wendy" over two years ago. I told her to stop calling because I never received a bill for the company she was trying to collect money for. I told her I could not pay a bill I had never gotten! She got VERY nasty with me and I told her that I wanted to speak to her supervisor and she told me she couldn't "allow me to do that". I told her to stop calling and that I would find out where the "bills" were coming from and she said SHE would do that herself. She called me back later, telling me that she spoke with the company and that I did truly owe the money. We called the hospital where these bills were supposedly coming from OURSELVES - the accounts had been paid and the money I still owed because of a bill I was paying on had not been turned over to collections. This company is VERY fishy. Do NOT give them your money and try to work directly with the hospital or other organization to which you owe money. Today I received a call from them and hear noise and some woman whispering and then they hung up. Do not trust them! I don't care if they are a legitimate debt collector... the way try do business is very suspect.
