I have gotten the same calls since last week and this last one was from 229-351-5040 but he left me the voicemail on my recorded work line and stated that since I didnt want to help myself I had noone to blame but me when they issue my subpoena and arrest me at my job. This is insane.

Okay this is probably the fourth message in heavy accent left both on my cell and at work threatening "what will unfold around me" LOL. Seriously, I called these people back about two years ago after one of their messages. Hang up on them and block the number, of which there are many. Another scam call from a foreign group who has your information but no legal basis to call.

Got a call from this # 229-351-4476. Saying I will be arrested by Thursday for being in a criminal lawsuit.

I got calls from this number but never a message.

I have received the exact same thing or message word for word.  I have told them that threats of arrest and calling my word after being informed not to are illegal by state and federal law.  They have told my employer who they are and why they are calling, after being warned.  I would like to file charges.  How do I go about that since they refuse to give me and address?

Names I have been given: Mark Davison and  Judy Taylor.

I got a call from this # on my way to work~ this one said his name was David Wilson, and I have criminal charges against my ss#  last week it was  Donald Smith ,  and he told me that I  got a payday loan from First Cash and have not paid them back so I am guilty of wire fraud bank fraud etc etc etc  blah blah blah  reported to the Federal Trade commission!

They Jjust called me to and said exactly the same thing.. Crazy

I could not understand these people and could not get any real information about the so called criminal case

I just got a call also and said I had check fraud I don't have any Checks

So this number just called me 3 times in a row. I listened to the voicemail he left. He said his name was Alex Jackson with a super heavy indian accent. He said something about me being named in a lawsuit or some crap. I barely have an overdue bill so I know I'm not being sued. I used Mr. Number to block the calls. Good riddens.

Called me stating his name was Brandon Scott although and Alex Davis has left numerous messages. Heavy foreign accent stated I had a criminal case against me for American Loan Lending. I tried to get as much info as he would give me and he stated it was and online loan but couldn't give me exactly the name of company just listed random ones. Also said they would come toy work and take me "down town" for 30 days. What a joke. I have had this happen before with another number. But had to change my banking accounts as they had all that I fo as well. This time I asked what account he had. He put me on hold for a while and then came back on read random numbers so fast I barely caught them and then hung right up.

ok.. such a scam!!  I have gotten many of these calls over the last months.  This one was from a Roger Davis of Damon & Walters... and he said the same thing on his last message.  Since I hung up on him it was obvious that I was guilty of criminal fraud.  (sometimes you just have to laugh!) ..
But seriously.. I know for people that are getting these for the first time, of course it's going to throw you and get you a bit nervous and upset even if you know you didn't do anything.  Trust me... they are just scam artists that get all your info from things you fill out on the internet and try to use it against you.  Especially if you've had any payday loans in the past -- that's a key point from where they get the info.  
Best to ignore and not pick up if you have caller I.D.  I work in a law firm and I can tell you that no attorneys office would ever call someone like that with these bogus messages.  You would be served papers THE LEGAL WAY.  You can also tell them the call is being monitored by the local police department or legal services and THEY will be hearing from YOUR attorney.  (that worked a couple of times for me)

Has called at my work & cell phone & left messages stating I'd better pay them or suffer the consequences.  Identified as Us Cash Lawyers but doesnt give name of creditor or amount of debt.  

they are blowing up my phone, threatening a law suit. I did not do anything!!!

Have call me 3 times in the last 10 minutes threatening me with arrest - saying I have been named in a criminal case - and wanting my attorneys information.  He said he name was David Johnson from Patton & Walters Associates in GA.  I told him that I didn't have an attorney of record and he was a scam artist.  Since I haven't received anything in writing about a criminal case I hung up the phone.  He called back leaving a message that since I hung up on him it was obvious that I was guilty of a criminal fraud.

They are calling to tell me a arrest warrant will be issued if I don't pay them

Not really a debt collector, it a Scam and they keep calling my phone with fake lawyers
