Just got a "credit card rate" robocall from this number. It registers as Albany, Ga on my caller ID - I live 18 miles away and thought it was legit so I picked up. Do Not Call violation reported.

Got the same call last night only I'm in Italy using Vonage.
ITs from a company called WCT Systems adn that number is an access number for their services.
