"Vehicle Services Center" when they called, general telemarketer spam. Based on the various listings I see on these boards I assume it's a call center using one number.

I've been getting these, too.  Dunno what it's about-just a missed call that was unknown to me.

I had a missed call message on my home phone. The call was made from 229-471-4939. When I called there was no response. Please block any future calls from this number.

Haven't answered the call from this number yet, but thanks to these posts I now know that it's just a bs  call, so I'll screw with them a little next time they call. Thanks folks!!

well  I can promise that this will definitely make me vote "NO" for T-Splost.

how can i stop this number from calling my house?

I keep getting calls (even on a Sunday evening) but no one answers. I tried to call the number back and it doesn't ring. What's the purpose of being on a do not call registry if you're still receiving unwanted phone calls?

Have received several calls from this number. asked for husband by name for survey. Told him we weren't interested and hung up. Prior calls had just someone breathing, then female saying hello multiple times and not responding to me. hung up. Hope it isn't a continuing thing. Next time I will just leave it off the hook and waste their time and money

If you check with your phone service, you may have something called selective rejection. This will allow you to stop prank callers from calling.

Someone from this number called today, but didn't leave a message.
I have no idea who it is.

this number keeps calling my cell but there is no one there or when call is returned, it won't go thru.

I am so sick and tired of receiving calls from this number. I feel the same as Ticked Off about this...we have to pay for our telphone service so why should we be harassed with all of these type of calls....Please do something!!!!!!

It is a call center wanting you to vote for the T Splost in Georgia.  I was looking up the number for my elederly mom, who has also been getting the calls with no one answering, when the number popped up on my caller i.d.  I had to say hello three times, but the operator came on and asked for my vote for the splost.  I asked her to take my mother off the list, and the operator said she couldn't, but she would pass on the message and my mom's name to her supervisor to take off the calling list.

Please stop calling my number!!!  I am on the DO NOT CALL list!!!!!!!!!!!

It is for the T-Splost (to be used for transportation upgrades to roads and bridges) that will be voted on in the July elections. They want to see if you will vote favorably for the tax.

got this call today. my husband anwsered the phone and it was man on the other end said something about a survey. this caller cause havoc in my home. when you call back no answered there is silence on the other end the a busy signal. I don't know who it is.

asked for me by name and when I said no one was here by that name, could I take a message, were they sure they had the correct number, they hung up.

There has got to be some way we can find out who/what this # is associated with. We are paying for our
phone service and are being harassed with this mess.

Can't remember the guy's name, said he was calling from WCA with a survey about the TSPLOST vote in GA. When my wife informed him we were not supporters, he said, "Let me just finish filling this out since you are opposed to it". He completed the survey without asking my wife another question and hung up the phone. Not a very scientific poll.....

This number has made several calls to my home in the past week.  When I finally answered, they asked for me by name.  The person stated that they wanted me to take a survey.  I have seen other posts have indicated that they said they were making a courtesy call.  This sounds like a scam! HELP!

THIS NUMBER CALLS MY HOUSE EVERY SINGLE DAY OFTEN TWICE.  I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND JUST RECENTLY CHANGED MY NUMBER . THEY SHOULD QUIT CALLING

Calls everyday the last few days, even on Sunday night! Baconton, GA on caller ID. Never say who they are.

Have twice today, no one there. Don't have time for this nonsense!

Got 1 call today. got 1 call Friday. Apparently there is a problem reporting this to FCC.
