I got a call this morning from this number, it was a recording (from "John") and he said the warranty on my car was about to expire.

This number has appeared a couple of times in the last week on my phone.  The caller id shows the name as "Joe M."  I didn't return the calls.

Same here.... JOE M.... i didnt answer it....... F*** these companies... i am cancelling my land line

they claim you "won" a trip, but have to Pay for it.
or car warranty expired, or say something about credit cards.
sounds like a phishing scam.

This number is not calling to my landline but to my cell phone. A message is never left. I just wonder how my number was acquired n the first place. I thought there was a law against spamming a mobile number

call at work land line regarding lowering my credit card bills...operator hung up on me when I asked her to remove it from call list.

I just received a call from the same number.  It wouldn't show up on my caller ID after it rang and rang with no message.  I dialed *69 to get the number.  I tried to call it from my cell and it just said "attempting to connect, please wait"  I thought it was fishy so I hung up.  So much for the national do not call list.  We probably supplied all of the spammers our numbers when we registered on the do not call list.

I have received a number of calls, no one says anything sometimes, other times my car warranty is about to expire . . . hell mine expired nine years ago!!!!

rec'd a call on my cell phone from this number. they did not leave a voice mail. stupid spammers

I returned this call and got a canned record "connecting this call" "hold while I connect this call" "leave your call back number." That's when I hung up.
