Recorded message...it takes a few minutes for the recording to start...It says..."hello this is John, I am calling with information about how the President's stimulas program will affect you"...then says something about your credit cards. That is where I hung up because I do not use credit cards and don't owe anyone anything... I am thinking it is a scam trying to get people's credit card numbers...
Just hang up...they are not up to anything good...
