I have been recieving these calls saying I recieved a cash loan from Cash net USA to my accounts now prepaid card which has NEVER  been ACTIVATED and has NO deposits or transactions of ANY kind. They continue to call me saying I owe them money and I will be arrested on Monday by my local law enforcement.  I was told by and indian speaking person that I was being recorded and he was from K&L LLP in Washington DC AND his name is John Brown Badge Number 5879 ( started out saying he was a cop). And the charges are supposed to be Violation of banking practices, check fraud, and theft by deception. I have NEVER recieved ANY money or used this card or ACTIVATED this card. What the HECK do I do to make this STOP!

i got the same call he was saying a fraud investigation is filed against me with my social sercuity number and have my attorney call back. Do not give any information out to these people they are fraud from cash net usa they got their information and trying to use it on you to get money from you dont do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from some guy today stating that he was Office Simpson from the New York Attorney General and that I  had a payday loan that I hadn't paid back.  I told him that I knew he was a fraud and that I was reporting him to the Texas Attorney General and hung up. He called me back 7 more times.  The last time I answered and again told him I was reporting him, he laughed at me and hung up.  They need to do something to stop these people.

I just bought this pre-paid ATT phone yesterday and this is the first call I received on it. Weird.

I continue to receive calls from this number. I am on the "so-called" do not call registry.
I have been reporting EVERY call I get to my Congressmen. It is time for them to get this problem
solved.

Harassing phone calls from Indian accented individuals asking for my attorney information,  never allow you to give that informaton and then send subsequent calls with different numbers screaming obscenities.
