This guy just called claiming to be with the IRS and there was a problem with our return. I quickly told him that he was a scam. The IRS contacts citizens via snail mail and no other way. Nice try dude.

"Adam Clark"  - all referenced comments/Messages- below... this person continues to call and harass me.. via: personal and work contacts.  he imposed as a collector but never identified details... I asked for a copy of the signed contract/obligation where I took a "loan" to confirm debt... however, this was a done a little too late... after I began to pay back a "Loan" that I did not have !  As time progressed.. questioning myself, asking for the details of my debt - this Adam Clark could not provide me with any documentation I requested... I told him that he was under investigation and not to call me again.. He does not take no for an answer, and continues to call my work/personal on a daily basis.  I don't speak when he calls, I just listen so now he does not state his name and or request to speak with me, just says "Hello" (even up to today) so now he knows his calls are recorded...  Please beware and don't ignore if you're receiving the same harassment.. this will not go away unless you act on it.  Report and or forward to your local police/attorney general's office.

The same guy  Adam clark been calling my job and harassing me saying i will go to jail for 7-8 months and  and calling my phone and when i called and told him to send me something in the mail  he never did  so im going to the polic station  because this is a fraud and he know he is wrong and he have my information one time they called me from a 9-11 number and i thought it was the emergency people calling me but it wasn't then he try to act like he was from the police station posing as an officer and when i went to the police station they didn't even know who he was. he is a scam and trying to get money but i'm no fool. I  DO NOT NO  OH YOU ARE  OUR WHAT YOU WANT  WITH ME   WHAT AGENTS DO YOU  WORK FOR  WHY  ARE YOU LOOKING FOR ME  WHAT DID I DO.

This is not the first time I have heard from this guy.  Last year he called my work and scared the crap out of me.  I actually thought  I was in trouble till I went to my local Sheriff office.  
The calls stopped when I informed him that the US Marshalls office has his number and were listening to the call. He promptly hung up on me.  
Recieved a new one yesterday.  He left a very nasty message. I called him back informing  him that the US Marshalls will be contacting them shortly.  Again got hung up on.

I received the same call and message, they are a scam! I used to get calls from someone using the same tacticts with the same accent and the number was traced to New York City. They eventually stopped calling when i told them that my phone was recorded and that the County was filing charges.

Unfortunatley, if you have ever inquired or accessed an on-line  payday loan, they can get your information. I did use a real payday loan company, paid off the loan but the info is in cyberspace and gets sold. Obviously they get enough people to give them access to an account to make it profitable for them. The clue is when you ask them for proof in writing, or ask for details about the debt, they get ugly and won't answer.

Called for one of our employees, I told him he was not available-he called cussed me out. He is claiming employee owes them money. It reeks of a SCAM.

Adam Clark got a hold of both my cell and work numbers. I had blocked his number from my cell phone, once i had done that he started calling my work. If my coworkers would answer his calls he'd insist on talking to me if they'd tell him i was busy he'd yell and cuss them out it was embarrassing! I finally had to get with management, let them know what was going on and have them block his number. Please be careful if this man calls you!!!

This man called me also at home and work  saying the same as every one else.This all to amazing to believe

HE KEEPS HARASSING MY CO-WORKERS GETTING RUDE AND CUSSING AT THE STAFF

This Adam Clark phoned again today asking what I was going to do about my payment. I told him once again not to call me on my job & that I was not going to pay him anything as he was a scam artist. I ask him who he was trying to collect for he told me Cash Advance. Then when i ask for their phone number he tried to tell me it was this number. I toal him again not to call my job again or I would file harassment charges on him, he told me he would keep calling my job.

He called my office also today stating that he was a dabit collector in a matter of financial fraud. When I told him that I was not allowed personal phone calls at work he wanted me to give him my number and I told him if you have a cas against me you should have that number. He wanted me to verify and I told him give me the number you have which was correct. He had someone else call right after that giving the same name Clark to get my manager's name and fax number. I have been in contact with a law group on this.

I keep getting a call on my cell and work phone from the same exact person " Officer Adam Clark". I told him I didn't have time to take this call at work and he insisted on getting another number and time he could call me back. He also said if I don't call him back or answer his calls he will continue to call this number ( my work phone). He also left a voicemail on my phone giving out my full social security number... Has anyone had any luck with getting them to stop? He does not speak clear english, definitely sounds like a foreign accent.

Got the same thing just went to Police dept and filed a fraud charges also they took money out of my bankaccount

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING FOR AN EMPLOYEE, AND HAS BEEN TOLD EMPLOYEES CAN NOT GET PERSONAL PHONE CALLS.  WILL NOT GIVE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY HE IS CALLING FROM. ADVISED THAT WILL REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS IF HE DOES NOT STOP CALLING.  ADVISED ALLEN CLARK THAT IT IS CONSIDERED HARASSMENT TO CONTINUE TO CALL.  I CAN NOT FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE YOU NEED TO HAVE AN ADDRESS.

Officer Clark called this morning and left a message. The message was a warning of impending arrest, a court appearance, and impending law suit on my name and SSN. He read off my SSN. My social secuty number has been blocked. Call him back or I will be subject to arrested for financial fraud, etc. Return his call. He may be able to help.

Calls into place of employment myself and operator has advised that can not take personal calls at work.  Adam Clark then proceded to get very rude to operator and would not give his supervisors name or number, said he worked for american sprinkler.

This guy, Adam Clark, keeps calling me saying that I am going to be arrested for failure to pay back a payday loan. The thing is, I've never taken out a payday loan. This guy is a scam! Not sure how he got my SSN either. Is there anyway to report these guys? Also, this guy cannot speak English and  his piss poor grammar is a clear indication that he does not work for a legal debt collector. Watch out is all I can say.

I got the same. He called my work phone and continued the harass the staff.  He has no information about the company or the account he is referring to.  I have not done a cash advance online.  He needs to be reported.

I live in Indianapolis and the name giving is Officer Adam, Clark as a Financial Investigator for legal cases such as fraud, check deception or bank fraud, he claims. This person gave this out as to be part of a case # starting with (NBCFI) & six numbers, which I tried searching came up as not a case number.  I called  Information Service in my hometown to attain Information, which  was none to gather. Another, person working with him is Patrick, Watson. This person Adam, Clark has all my information as well such as social, home & work addresses, and house number. He is posing as a Debit Collector/unknown, considering I cannot get information from him or about him, besides as a scam.
