Guys, I too got the same message  "Congrats your mobile no. Has won $3000. Call +2392879082... Don't be fooled by these fraud sms's . You ain't gonna get anything, infact if you are foolish enough to fall for this cheap trick you will loose your money.. These guys get the phone numbers from reputed websites like NAUKRI , TIMESJOBS , MONSTERJOBS, etc... there are thousads of these websites where lot of people give their phone numbers and are available to anyone.. They login to those sites collect all those phone numbers and send these type of sms's. If you call them either someone will pick up the phone and talk trash and charge rs 8-20/min  and you shall loose your balance. Their aim is not to get any big amount from one person but to get small amounts from lot of people. In this way even if any one loses 12rs he will not complain or press any charges.. but if 100 people call him he gets 1200 rs for nothing and India's population is very high and filled with lot of innocent cyber people. It might seem tempting , but please do not call them...

it's not the matter of 12 rs /min but even if you loose 1re to him, that means he has won with his fraud way and you let that happen!!!!

I too got the same message in both my mobiles.Whoever is behind this is upto no good and we all must be carefull not to be fooled by malicious sms like these from anonymous numbers.
