I have received calls from this number on a few occasions.  They have never left a message and it never says who it is.

This Diaz person must be very busy calling everyone.   Tweak her nose!  She called me too, I dismissed it.

This number called me and told me my car warrenty was running out. Then I asked them what car it was for and the woman could not tell me. Then she hung up on me.

Same thing for most people... they hung up

Called, left no message.  Same information as above, a Diaz person in Naples, Florida.

I got a call from this number, I was not home at the time. I just called it and heard a message that this number is not in service at this time.

Terrible marketing.  It should be illegal, but it isnt. I've been had.  Maybe I should do it to!?!?!

I used to work for the phone company AT&T.  If you live in Oklahoma & have SBC/AT&T POTS Landline service, this link advises how to use "CALL TRACE": http://www01.sbc.com/Products_Services/Residential/1,,407--5-3-0,00.html

CALL TRACE can help you take legal action against unwanted callers.  After following its instructions, call SBC/AT&T & ask to be xerd to their "CALL TRACE CENTER" where you will be informed of you legal options.  They won't give you the person's personal info, etc, but they do give their record of your being called to the authorities.  The authorities then have proof of the call having been made & hopefully they'll act on it.  I've never had to use it.  I hope I don't have to.

Other phone service providers likely have a similar service.
Beware, this service was $6.99 per use when I last worked there a little over 2 years ago.  It probably costs more now & the cost isn't noted on the website.

I am getting sick of these calls. I had the call here also but did not answer it. We are on the so-called "opt out" list. According to the news the IRS has 300 laptop computers missing, and I have gotten letters about other information of mine that may have been sold through an employee in a company. It is pretty sad. I did not get a chance to watch the news last night but in Minneapolis here they had a story on how caller ID is changing and what to watch for and be careful of. I missed the story, but am going to go on-line and find out. I, too, Googled this and found a Josefina Diaz in Naples, Florida, who this belonged to.

I got a call from (239) 352-5981 NOT EVEN 5min ago.  Per Smartpages.com, the # is a land line based in Naples, FL & the registered service provider is "Embarq Florida".  Detailed listing information was not available there.

The automated sales person wanted to sell me an extended wsrranty for my vehicle?  I pressed 9 to 'have my number removed from the list'.  We'll see if it works.

I recieved the same call this morning. My sister answered, She said it was for me but did not wake me. I believe I am currently having my ID stolen. I also recieved a call from 701-837-5662. So far someone is trying to get info for insurance for a dodge Truck/Car and wanting info on starting a business.

Yesterday I got a call from this number. I didn't answer they didn't leave a message. CID said "Unknown".
