Just called me and said the company name was "Account Services" and that it was urgent that I speak with them.  When I went through the process and tried to find out who they were, they hung up.

Keeps calling and leaving no message.

I have received several calls from this number: 239-543-6723.  As far as I am concerned they can take this number and shove it.  Some one needs to pay this address listed above a visit.  I will be reporting this number as well.  I am also on the do not call list!  Hello - callier i.d has been around for a long time now!

We don't answer calls from this number - they never leave a message, but seem to call several times a week.  Its a pain!

Someone left a recording on my answering machine saying he was "Jonathan from Consumer Services" calling about my current credit card account, and saying there's no problem with my account at this time but that it's "urgent" for me to call about my eligibility to lower the interest rate, and that my eligibility for this offer ends soon so please consider this my "final" notice. This is the first (and so far) only call from this number. Hopefully it's the last...

I don't have any credit card debt.

I'm also on the National Do Not Call List.

I live in London, Ontario and have been getting calls from them lately. The last time they called I blew a whistle into the phone when I answered, then slammed the phone down.

I don't think I'll be hearing from them anymore.

Very nice girls  running credit card scam. No way to validate  who they are .They will ask for your credit card number  and info to verify YOUR account .....Beware!!!

Tammy and Teresa  Call themselves American Financial here to lower your credit card rate.  just give us your info......also give me a call back number of 407-781-5071  called it to get a phiysical address put on hold forever........Beware!!!!!!

Call came in at 9:50 am when we weren't home. Caller ID says "Unknown Name" and they didn't leave a message. I am on national "Do Not Call" list as well.

I receive calls even after I have "blocked last incoming call". I called the # and get a "disconnected #" message but I do not think that it sounds legit.

Rec'd call from 239-543-6723 @ 9:49am (est).  was sleeping, they left no msg, caller ID came up as "unknown name".  Do people sit at home and one day think 'gee, I think I'll create an elaborate phone scam and bother all kinds of people'  ???  Whoever it is, I hope they have a miserable existance.

I have a lot of calls from these people. How do you report it as a Federal Offense?

Susan- they are not legit- don't worry- they say something about credit card stuff but they are not after you.  It is a scam- I have had them call a few times.  I just hang up on them. I am going to report them though, because I am on the "do not call" list.

7/23/2007 Caller ID said Florida Call.  I too am on the Do Not Call registry.

some type of scam to get my credit card numbers telling me that they are my credit card comp...He told me his name was John Kenny.. I as for more info and he hung up on me. How is it they are using a number to call you and then it states disconnected and no longer in service when you hit call return.???

The automated dialer called this morning @ 10:38am indicating that it was card services and that nothing was wrong, but that I should stay on the line for more information, and to press 1 to speak with a live operator.

We have no debt except our mortgage and car loan, and we are on the "do-not call" list.

The girl/woman on the line started the conversation by asking: "Do you have more than $3,000 in debt?"

I politely responded: "Who's this?"

She hung-up.

They called 9am and the name Joseph Martinek showed up on the caller ID. I did not answer and they left no message

This guy called my house in Alberta, Canada from Ft. Myers Florida on a Sunday morning and left no message.

This outfit has called me many times in the last few weeks and when I ask who they are they hand up quickly.  This is annoying and I want to know how to get rid of them.  I typed in the phone number and this Joseph Martinket from Florida came up on Google.  They say they can lower my credit card interest rate and I only listened to tell them to stop calling but they always hand up when they sense hostility.

239-543-6723 called and said that my account was available for a lower interest rate. They went on to ask if I had more than 2500 in debit and then when I told them I did not catch which company this was calling they hung up. I tried calling back and they have a fake "No longer in service" recording. One of my sons had answered the phone and assumed it was a company we actually had an account with - this was a good example of how there are criminals out there trying to trick consumers into providing them with their confidential information.

I just receive a call from this number,and when I answer they hung up.  I redialed the #, and like others listed above, received a "not in service". Very Annoyed!!!!!

I too have caller ID and didn't recognize this N Ft Myers number.  I looked it up and it gave me Joseph Martinek.  I then found this and decided to add my two cents.  The call came in at 11:20 in the morning...while I was as work.  I am also on both state and federal do not call lists.  I don't have any past due bills.  I am not sure why I got a call...

This person or company refuses to leave a message.  I never answer unidentified numbers or no name or numbers.  I wish there were something that we could do to stop these annoying pests

Also received a call from this # a few minutes ago, always screen calls.  Curious so just looked up and found Fort Meyers, FL #  Joseph Martinek, unfamiliar so googled and found this site.  Thanks for the heads up.

Got a call today at 5:24 PM EST. Said it was "Card Services" with a final opportunity to get some offer or another. This was the 3rd or 4th such instance (2nd time I was here to answer).

Said 2 to be removed, 1 to talk to the agent. Tried #2 the first time. This time I tried #1 and indicated I was on the do not call list, state and federal. They told me I must have let it lapse. I indicated that was not the case and that I wanted to be removed from their list. They hung up on me.

I received a call at 3:25 pm CT 07/20/07 from 239-543-6723 no msg. Call was intercepted by Callwave on my computer. I am on the do not call list, national and state. Googled the number and found this log. Do not plan on calling back.
