This number has been calling my cell every day. today I answered and first it was a woman and then a man. I could not understand him. He then hung up. number was2396734714

This guy tried to sell me "controlled drugs".   I played along for fun.  When he said to deposit $1450.00 in his bank account (not really his, its the bosses, LOL).  I said yea right, you won't send the stuff.   He offered to send the stuff first, so I got nervous and hung back.   I received 19 calls from the same number since.    I didn't want to buy any drugs, LOL

Got a call at 7 am in the morning but didn't answer, saw the number and it looked suspicious as hell so i came here and sure enough....

Just got a all about 15 minutes ago asking for my husband by name. I asked who this woman was, she told me her name was Tiffany and that she was my husbands girlfriend. She said my husband said we were separated. Tried talking to her more and I think she just hung up. You can hear the phone call go in and out. Very thick accent.

This number is also calling non-profits in Michigan. Never leave a message.  There's a scam called JAMMING, where they piggyback calls to other countries on your call, then they mute you while they make their call, which can continue after you've hung up in frustration.  Watch for unauthorized charges on your bill to out-of-country numbers.  And for God's sake, stop answering or trying to communicate with these people! They are depending on responsible citizens calling back to see whose call they missed.  Continue reporting for harassment.  Enough reports is going to get someone's attention! But then they'll just get another number....

My girlfriend just got a call from this number are were concerned because she's very careful about her number she doesn't post it anywhere and though her phone is linked the privacy settings is so only she can see it but he called her and he knew her name and then began talking about his p***s. We are very disturbed and concerned.

That is from on-line pharmacy solicitors and I've been getting calls from them on a daily basis for over 4 years! I have tried everything even complaints to FCC doesn't work! The only thing you can do is use tools on your phone to block calls from that area code. Good luck!!

I got a call from this number they said the guy on the phone claimed to be some DEA agent and said that some years ago I had ordered drugs off the internet and they had just taken down the group of people and had all the records.   They claimed Customs had my package, I had no clue what they were talking about and said you have the wrong person.   The guy said LISTEN LADY YOU DON'T GET US $5000.00 ASAP  and they would send agents to my house.   I said please send the agents to my house, I have never received drugs from the Internet except through my insurance company and I would love to talk to the agents.       CLICK.....   (They said a lot more but not important to say that was the important stuff).   At one point they some disturbing stuff about my son.    The odd thing is I don't have a son.....    Bad research on their part.    Anyways I looked on the Internet and found out this was a long term known scam.  

It is a scam number. They called me trying to pass as my nephew and wanted me to guess which nephew it was. I told him I didn't know. He kept insisting for me to guess his name and I then realized he wanted a family name since I had read the news about kidnappings and then asking for ransom money and were bogus kidnappings. I told him to shove up his @#$%&.

ive been getting phone calls from this number 239-673-4714 for the past week this person might be either male or female but when i answer all i hear is giggling and making weird noises if any knows who this person is please send me a message at jacklosse@yahoo.com and i currently live in Detroit Michigan

These calls are going from the Dominican Rebublic through one of those Magic Jack Numbers.   Could be one of many scams or none at all.    If your getting scams phone call from an assortment of numbers you know where they got you number.   You probably ordered medication over the internet in the past 15 years and your name is on a list.  If it wasn't medication it was something illegal you order on the net, you played a scam lottery, or other such stuff.   This wouldn't be the first phone call you received.    Most of the scams are known and these days they just hang up when they know they aren't getting any money.   Few bother to play the game after that, these guys make money only if they get money.

I received a call from this number 9-21-13 9:45 PM and I could not understand him he was talking softly and foreign.

This number is a scam..  they are trying to scam people into giving money.   they tried to get me to donate money to help children in Africa because the child needed an operation

I have several calls from this number I am Hispanic an I know they are too because they talked to me an it was so stupid all they have to say there was more people in th back I could hear them laughing they had a cuban voice an like I grow man.. ths what I can tell.. it says cape coral an yes its one of florida countys

I believe the way the are getting names, numbers, and personal info is through facebook. If you have any friends on facebook you don't personally know, delete them.

I narrowed down the service provider, it is not magicjack, it is windstream communications. I entered the number and it was found in the records. I will be filing a complaint during their business hours as they are currently closed.

I reported the number to magicjack, which I thought was the provider due to the message that plays back says magicjack. The representatives at magicjack could not find the number in their records so they reported the number for what I believe was fraud, and what I know was threats and harassment. If you continue to get calls long after the date this was posted, get in contact with your service provider and block the number.

I get calls from here from a girl I thougt knolew. I thought it was her but apparently the girl wasn't even who she said she was. She told me not to call her because its her "grandmas" phone and shed get in trouble if I called. We only talked when she called me which is every once and a while when we can't text. (We text on kik btw) I haven't tried calling because I'm scared of what might happen. When she calls it sounds like a girls voice for sure, but it doesn't sound disguised or anything

A African sounding man was on the line, when I received the call. They call at least 5 time's a day.....

I have gotten a call at 5:15 a.m. several times this week.  And now at 4:00 p.m. When I answer, it sounds like someone is there, but no answer.  I called the number back and it rang and rang and then a beep like it was going to voice mail.  I should have left a nasty message, but decided to check out the number first.  Should I call the phone company to block this number??  Or the police?

A 4.0 average student received a call from this number and another 386-308-7992 threatening to slit her throat and kill her mother!!  She is scared to death!! This person needs police action.

Really? This person keeps calling me. They know my name, and I just want to know who the hell is this person? Please if you know who this person is, please say. But. They don't sit there in silence they speak to me but the voice is obviously being disguised(making voice sound higher). As a matter of fact, they called me (I know it's them, I put them in my contacts as Prank Phone Caller) today but I denied the call. I regret it though. I want to answer them and tell them everything I know about them. [i'm really trying to figure out who this is]. So far:
   -Has Prank Called other people, I'm in the Western USA, btw,
   -They are from Cape Coral, Florida
   -Under aged.
