I have gotten a call from this number about a dozen times in the last two years.  They say they are Pinnacle Financial Group.  They ask for someone who must have had my phone number before me.  I keep telling them I have never heard of that person and to put me on their do not call list.  They ignore my request and I remain in the computer and they keep calling me.  I am now going to google my legal options as I am so angry that these people keep calling me.  My smart phone has a reject number option so now my phone should not ring from them anymore.

keeps calling every now and then and asks for some Pedro guy. Hope they stop soon. It's getting very annoying.

I too have been receiving calls from this number, but they never leave a message. I appreciate the posts on here so I at least know who it is now. I do not answer unknown numbers and they are calling my cell phone.

I don't understand why a company would call and NOT speak? what is this purpose? this is a serious question. Why? because NO one would sit around calling everyone in the nation as a prank to be listed online (like this site) or be found in law trouble by calling those on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

for there to be an actual website that is merely for unwanted phone calls, there must bea  good reason these people (among all the others) are calling.. but WHAT IS IT!?

So there MUST be a reason? Are they thieves trying to see that someone is home? are they calling to see if its a valid # for some OTHER company to call?

there MUST be a good reason they would pay for all the calls they make.  I just have no valid idea but lots of ideas.

BTW: Ive begun answering the phone saying this, "Congratulations! You are the 1 millionth caller today! You Win ONE CRISP DOLLAR BILL! All you need to do is give us your home phone number and name so we can contact you and send you your winnings"!

BUT, before i get to the word Dollar bill, they have hung up.


another company calls with caller ID "No Name / No Number" and actually says my name into the machine like they are friend. I have no idea who they are and they NEVER leave a reason.

I have had this new cell number for a week, the day after I got it, these calls started & have not stopped. I have no debts other than the normal bills each month, no credit card debt, nothing like that. I don't answer & I don't call back. If someone wants to talk to me, they must let me know who they are on caller id or I just plain will not answer the phone. They then have the choice of leaving a message, if they don't I can assume it isn't family or friends calling with an emergency

I NOTICED THIS NUMBER IN MY PHONE SEVERAL TIMES AND FINALLY TODAY I ANSWERED IT. SOME ORIENTAL LADY ACCUSING ME OF NOT PAYING OR REFUSING TO PAY A MEDICAL BILL FROM 2007. SHE THEN CLAIMS PART OF IT HAD BEEN PAID BUT I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OTHER PART WHICH WAS OVER $200.00 I TOLD HER I DID NOT HAVE IT AND THA I WAS CURRENTLY UNDER DOCTOR'S CARE AND THIS CALL WS STRESSING ME OUT. SHE TELLS ME SHE WASN'T STRESSING ME OUT AND I TOLD HER I HAD TRIED TO BE NICE BUT SINCE SHE WANTED TO ACT LIKE THAT I WAS HANGING UP AND I DID.

I just got a call from them today on my cell phone and didn't answer cause I didn't recognize the number. I came to this site to find out some info and am glad i did. I too, don't owe any oustanding debts! I saved the number to my contacts on my cell and then used the setting to auto decline the call and send it to voicemail automatically without ringing.

Calls and hangs up when I answer; no person, nothing else is said just "click". I called the number listed on the caller ID and the woman identified herself as Jean with Pinnacle Financial Services. I told her that I wanted the calls to stop, she was incredibly rude and wanted me to verify the number. I do not have time for her or her BS so I hung up. The next time they call, I am going to answer the phone, ask them for all their contact information and send them a certified letter as well as let them know that I will be reporting them to the Florida Attorney Generals Office.

They are bottom feeders, they have purchased debts that are way past the Statute of Limitations, for pennies on the dollar. DO NOT fall for their scare tactics. DO NOT pay them a dime, let them try to take you to court, the judge has to throw it out because of the Statute of Limitations

You want a good one when they call tell them "I must legally inform you this is being recorded for attorney training purposes"

I got a call from this number the woman would not identify herself completey I was being harrased about a 4 year old bill that has been settled When I asked for info to write down her infomation she refused. I was harsh since she was deceitfull on identifying who she was

They call and do not leave message on answer machine. I am being hounded by collectors who constantly exchange one debt that has well passed Florida (in my case) statute of limitations for a debt - knowing that they can call forever and be the one-thaousanth owner of the same debt is disheartening. Caller ID just said "Florida Call".

If that's who it is Sam, they called here a few months ago for a relative. They refused to answer any of my questions, but wanted me to take messages for him.

There were lots of pauses during the call (either putting me on hold or using a recording system?), but after one of the pauses, the woman told me I could ask them not to call again - which I did. (I then remembered that that is one of the things you can do with debt collectors.)

Now, today, the phone has begun ringing again from that number. When I get to it they hang up. This is the same way it was before. How long does my "do not call me at this number anymore" last? Shouldn't it last forever?

i have that same problem.. i call the number back and it says wait a moment a representative will be with you shortly and no one ever answers
