I'm with Scott; probably FOP. My call came at 6:45PM, EDT, yesterday evening, 5/27/14. I've received several calls from Maryland area codes; all numbers I don't recognize as friends or family and, therefore, unanswered.

Got a call from this same number this evening at 6:07pm. I wasn't home so it rolled to voice mail and of course no message was left. So, it's either a telemarketer or mostly a scam.

Called but left no message. It is very close to numbers used by the Fraternal Order of Police scammers. Nothing on the internet about this number yet.
