They called my wife's cell looking for me. She gave them my cell without thinking.They haven't called but it must be Enterprise/National.She rented a car last week from Enterprise and the paperwork got fouled up, not their fault to they redid under National with my name,but still her phone numbers etc.

I rented a car with ALAMO this weekend. This number called and didn't leave a msg.

I did rent from Enterprise, but WTF is up with them calling me at 8:30 pm, specially if it's from DC (930 pm there!)

I received a call from this #, they didn't leave a message.  However, I did just return a rental car to Enterprise a few days ago & after reading others remarks it was probably them!

Yes, I rented a car from Enterprise on Tuesday, two days ago, and I got this call on my way home from the city @ 7:20 pm. I was driving and could not answer, they did not leave a message. I do not mind one call I just hope it does not turn in to other annoying calls. It was 1+240-210-7049 I know it is from back East some where.

They called me. I answered, they hung up lol. And i rented from enterprise

One call, no message.  Enterprise feedback makes sense - I had rented from them 4 days earlier.

This is for Enterprise/National/Alamo car rental and Enterprise Car Sales. Market research group for quality survey on Customer Service (ESQI). We bought a call from them last month and were contacted about the service and professionalism of the branch.

Meritis (not telemarketer) Research Group asking opinion about use of products services of their clietns. ie. Enterprise Car Rental. Wife rented a car last week, they called to ask questions about the service. etc.

Yep - it IS Enterprise.  -I work for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

PLEASE - if you DO answer a call from this number and are *completely satisfied* with the ***SERVICE*** you received at the branch - then say so!  

They are only asking about the SERVICE you received an NOT how well you liked the car you drove or your insurance company's ability to cover your rental.

This marketing survey directly affects the branch manager's salary and all the employee's eligibility for promotions.  If you say anything less than *completely satisfied* -it's counted as a negative mark against the branch.  So answer carefully.

why don't they just leave a message? so annoying. i don't mind calling them back if it's for a legit reason but i can't call them back if i don't know who they are.
