Received a call tonight from the same # caller id said it is GASWASTE....

Called me about an expired warranty yesterday. I think they just called under another # today.

Call them, and tell them that you want the phone calls to stop.  Document the time you called, who you spoke with, etc, in case they don't stop calling.  Best of luck to you.

This is a collection company!!!  If your name is even CLOSE to the deadbeat they're lookin' for they HOUND you ... told them last time "I will follow up with state/fed and attorney if calls DON'T stop".  I used to work as a collector and these folks BREAK ALL THE RULES!

This is a collection agency named Premium Asset Recovery. If you are getting this call either you, or someone who once used your phone number, owe someone money, or they are "claiming" you owe money. I found this out because a family member called me and told me they have been calling their house on a weekly basis and multiple times daily. When i ran my credit report I found Premium Asset Recovery is collecting a bill I "supposedly" owe from back in 2003. Actually, I found that they are the 3rd company collecting on this debt so it is just getting passed around. But this just shows that it is important for you to check your credit report yearly using the "real" free credit report at annualcreditreport.com (and not freecreditreport.com since it is not free because you have to sign up for other services). Anyway, the problem is the call is automated so it leaves the entire message on the answering machine of the number it calls because it thinks you are the person they are calling for because you didn't "tell" it you weren't by pressing menu options... a real joke!   I am drafting a "Cease and Desist" letter as well as a "Verify Debt" letter...by law they have to stop calling me once they receive the C&D letter...just make sure you send the letter "Certified Mail" if you will be doing this as well.  Hey, they can claim I owe all the money they want, but if they can't PROVE I do with all the proper documentation then they cannot continue collection action. If they can't prove it and they don't remove it from my credit report and stop collection action I can receive damages in the area of $1000.00. This info is solely based on the research I have done online. So, if they or anyone else is contacting you over a debt that you have no clue about, or maybe do, you have rights as well as recourse. First call from them was about a month ago. A computerized voice said "If this is ..." then badly mispronounced my name, "press 1 and wait for your party to pick up the call...". Yeah, right! I hung up and have been getting called a couple of times a week since.

we get this number 2-3 times a day at my business!  i finally snapped this morning, and the woman just up and snapped right back.  some b***hes need to get cut!

OK...so we all get these calls.  How do we stop them?

Call twice per day, don't leave message.

They call usually 2-4 times a day.  I have read elsewhere that it is a collection scam, along with an auto warrantee scam.  I read that they are calling people with not-so-good credit and CREATING false debts.  They're playing the numbers with a scam.  I was not able to block the number.

I have been called by these creeps sometimes four times a day and they ask for a person of my last name but a different first name and I choose the wrong number but they keep calling could it be these people are satanic and mongolic!!!!! they are from Maryland so they speak English as well as me but are they?? Why don't they choose something more meaning like helping the elders or working instead of harrassing working commong citizens!!!!!!!!!!!!

Name on caller ID is   PARC.

Twice I have answered,sometimes they do not say anything, or they ask for someone with the same last name but I do not know.
This has been going off and on for years,asking for this person.
Really rude when I told her I do not want anymore calls, this is the last time I want to see that name or number on my phone.
The woman that answered said all you have to do is give us your number and we will not call.

The number is from Premium Asset Recovery. Bill collector.

I have pressed "4" for over a year now when I get these calls and they have not stopped. Pressing"4" does not work.

They call every day several times a day, every time i pick up its just clicks on the other side. Autodialer? The caller id says Parc

People, they give you the option to have your number removed... simply press "4" when they call, that's the option to let them know that the person they are looking for is not at your phone number. They're bill collectors, they're idiots... don't be one too, simply use the tool they are providing, press "4" and have your number removed.  If you'll read the posts on here you'll see that people have had success with this. DO NOT press "1" (or 2 or 3), as that's the otion to let them know they have the reached the right number and they will keep calling.

I have been receiving daily calls from this company.  If I do not answer, they do not leave a message.  When I pick up, I am told that the call is for Melinda Hastings (no Melinda Hastings here).  The recording gives me four options: If you are Melinda Hastings, press 1.  If you need to place this call on hold to allow Melinda Hastings to come to the phone, press 2.  If this is Melinda Hastings phone number but she is unavailable to take the call, press 3.  If this is not Melinda Hastings phone number, press 4.  
I chose option 4 and was hung up on.  I chose option 1 and was hung up on.  I finally called the number back and spoke with a representative (a foreigner, sounded Indian) and asked to be removed from the call list.  The representative said that it was taken care of.  We will see if I receive any more calls.

Caller has called at least twice per week day for the past two weeks.  No message is left.

Keep calling my home. We never answer anyway.  How can we get rid of this annoyance?

Company keeps calling me claiming I owe a bill.  I was caught off guard and admitted I was in that hospital once for a work related injury.  Insurance said they paid in full and asked for an itemized bill.

The itemized bill was for a 17 year old drug overdose patient that I never knew.  The responsible party is a man, who I don't know. What I want to know is how my name got tied up with these jerks.

I called the hospital, they were clueless.  I sent a certified letter of dispute clearly telling them DO NOT CALL.  It doesn't work.  They keep calling.  Caller ID and their auto dialer keep using different company name like Telemarketing Services, Gas Waste, and this morning Graceland.

Looking for a lawyer to stop this one.

This is parc Premium Asset Recovery Center. What a pain in the neck. Hospital's collect from these morons.

I get two to three phones calls everyday from 1-240-210-7093.  The caller ID shows this call is from PARC.  When answered, a recording asks if this is "my name" to press "1" on the phone. When I press "1" the phone goes blank and then I get a dial tone. I would like for them to respond just once so that I could get this hassing calls stopped!
