Called 3 times in the past 4 days, twice was automated.  The automated requested a person that did not belong to the number and I pused the button that reported I was not the person.  Third time was a Female.  Told her it was the third call and that the person they wanted was not associated with the phone and they lived in another state.  She was rude  and impolite.

they call at all hours and say they are RPM about a business account. They dont speak english very well and said they are with the governent and I have been selected to win something.... I told them take me off the list and disconnected

I receive up to 40 ck'd a day from these a***oles.  Don't answer!

I keep getting this call from this number 240-210-7112.  when I answer plays music.  So, I hang up.  Calling my job, home and cell.  who are these people?

RPM Keep calling and leaves no messages. I called them back and got a recording saying you have reached RPM.

They get a number and just start call that number, when you pick up the phone no one is there I call the number that how I know that it RPR,  a debt collection agency. When they call they need to state to whom the call if for.  

they're calling my landline twice a day, every day, without reason.  the first time they mistook my answering machine for someone actually answering the phone (morons), and they haven't left a message since.  reading the complaints it doesn't seem like it'd be worth it to answer.  waste of my time, wish there was some way to block them.

They keep calling me and all I have to say is "KARMA" and how can they go to bed at night feeling good about themselves. What a horrible job and company.

Please do not call this number again!  I am on a do-not-call list, which your firm is ignoring!  You leave no information, and when I called your number to determine the nature of your business on my phone, two respondents were rude, rude, rude, and refused to answer when I asked the nature of your business with me.  Don't call again!

Calls once every other day. Answered twice someone said hello and hung up. First one was a rude woman, second a man. Never leaves a message or wants to talk.

They called today on a Sunday when it is illegal to call in the state I reside. Did some digging and found them to be RPM. They ask for someone that does not reside here. Next time they call I'm telling them "Telephone Consumer Protection Act (?TCPA?), 47 U.S.C. §227" and I will be suing them for having no BBB license and calling past 9 pm on occasion.

I am surprised the number of people affected by this caller and the number of years. I would assume  that this caller's purpose is satisfied because of the length of time involved. But this caller got but irate responders here, nothing of merit. Perhaps there are others who rather not make a report after contacted by this caller. I don't know. But whatever the reason you would think that this caller is making headway in whatever purpose, reason to be doing the same action for so long.

This company calls several times a day and usually no one is there when I answer. Today someone was on the other end when I answered. They couldn't answer any questions as to why they were calling me only trying to get information out of me. The guy was so rude and started yelling at me. I have all calls documented and will file a complaint. Horrible, horrible, horrible. They are obviously a fake and a scam.

I don't know who this company is. I have received the same calls regarding wanting my credit card for a non-payment issue. I have gotten to the point I just don't answer my phone.

Got a series of calls from this number. Every time I picked up they put me on hold for a few minutes then disconnected. They call at all hours of the day or night. One Sunday afternoon, someone finally talked to me and said I owed $38,000 on my credit card! I thought this was a joke but I got worried when they mentioned the last four digits of my SS#. As I was explaining I did not have a credit card and owed no money to anyone, they just hanged up on me. I am seriously worried to know those peaople may have my SS number.

I have asked to be removed from their list 3 times in the 4 days.  The refuse to take me off the list.  They aren't calling for me or for anyone who has had the number in the last 2 years.  I reported them to the BBB

So, for starters, I used to work for this so-called business (RPM) and quit due to the complete and utter unprofessional, disrespectful, and illegal acts these a-holes conduct. They attempt to collect on illegitimate debts, some debts that are so old that they are not even legal to collect on them. The agents are taught to lie and deceive during the training session, they are also taught to belittle and harass people. They get information from credit reports and then manipulate that information to create false debts, and then attempt to collect on them. A good portion of the debts that they collect on are debts that have already been written-off, and are no longer collectible?. Being there are calling for expired debt, they shouldn't be calling you at all, and if you're  on the DoNotCallList - report them!

THIS COMPANY HAS MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT TRYING TO LIE TO YOU AND COLLECT EXPIRED DEBT!!! I agree with another complainer, $1,000. is not enough..(Land Line). $1,000. per call after you tell them not to call, and you are not the one they are looking for!!!! In this case I would also recommend if you are on the DO NOT CALL LIST to report them to LIST, because they shouldn't be calling anyone if it is expired DEBT!!!
You can file complaints and sometimes sue. Check the NACA site online for an attorney in your area...

I don't answer but they call me at least twice a day and one of those times is usually after the cut-off time for a Collection Agency to call, I will not answer, I don't owe any money so I hope they stop calling, otherwise I'm going to have my carrier block their number...

This number calls me every single day.  How do I get them to stop?  Sometimes they ask for Patrick and I tell them there is no one here by that name asked to be taken off their list and they hang up on me.
