Calls from this number have been coming in on a little-used cell-phone in our household for over a month now.
This time it came in just as I was near it, so I answered.
Voice somewhat high-pitched -- but still probably male -- with an accent I couldn't place but sounded like English is not the speaker's primary language. Asked to speak to an "Irma Ramos" (took several repeats before this was clear). I said there's no-one here by that name and caller politely disengaged.
I don't know if this is part of some scam or what...
