Most likely, the caller is Abdul, the raghead camel owner from Calcutta, trying to get some Dollars from you, which he will convert to Rupees to feed his camel.

Be careful.  There's been a series of calls from this area code which appears to be scammers making false accusations of crimes.  Don't pay any attention to them.  Especially if they have Indian accents.  Especially if they accuse you of some sort of crime, like tax evasion or whatever.  Don't give them any information; do not give them any money.
