This is one of our infrequently used numbers, but we have nothing to do with Cadence Bank (we're a real estate company). If you get a call from this number about a debit card it's a scam.
Starting around 4pm yesterday we started getting a high volume of inbound calls on this DID. We've received 4287 calls as of 7pm today with the top five area codes below.
Around 6:09pm today we changed the behavior of the DID to SIT tone, shortly thereafter to immediately disconnect. As of 7:07pm all inbound calls should be getting a busy signal.
To be clear we have had no outbound activity on our end, these calls never originated from us, someone has spoofed our number in their CID. But if you get a call from this number it's a scam.

Cadence Bank is in Decatur, AL, but probably doesn't have anything to do with this call back #. Right now, I know of three common verizon numbers that were contacted. Same message left "(CadenceCard) Contact 2404350500/ Regarding 4731 41XX Account"

I too just received the same text with the same card numbers. I have never even heard of that bank, so i know I don't have an account there!

Correction....I know who the company SAYS they are (Cadence Card), I just don't know WHO they are. I definitely don't have an account with them.

UGH! HOW are these MORONS getting my CELL phone number to TEXT me? PLUS....I have my # on a DO NOT CALL list! Would this not include texts? I HATE these kind of companies with a PASSION!

I, too, received a text message from this number stating:
"(CadenceCard) Contact 2495460500. Regarding 4731 41XX Account"
I do not have an account with this number. It appears to be a scam to me also.

got a message telling me to contact them about my bank account......this isnt my banks number and they used the wrong account number......thinking its a scam
