Keep getting calls from this unidentified number and no messages left.

This number has called me three times in a day never leaves a message. unidentified

I had my car serviced at a Ford dealer and they were calling up to do a survey on how the service was at the dealer.

It is an independent contractor used by Ford Motor Company to see if you are satisfied with their service. They may also be contracted to other companies for other product satisfaction surveys.

This number has been calling both of my phones for months now, doubts it will stop any time soon ~ just an azzhole, with an automatized calling machine. Up to no good though. I wish the government, or are phone service would do something to stop this.

I had my Ford Service last year and this number started calling soon after. I just had it serviced last month and this number started calling again. I gave my cell phone number at time of service for them to contact me when the vehicle was done and that's how they got the number. This is a Ford Survey call.

Caller ID said Ford Motor - caller had really old information and did not get any update from me - was definitely not Ford Motor.  I am on do not call registry so they should not be calling my phone.

Not sure it IS Ford's calling because...
1) when Ford's called on the land line they LEAVE A MESSAGE
2) they call within a couple days of whatever work was done (not over a week)
3) the local service center calls.
4) I've talked to the guy who makes the local calls.

I've had service centers for dealerships call before and they leave messages.  This one called twice, shortly after 5:30p both times and never left a message.  On top of that, I make sure my cell phone is on the do NOT call list... and yes I do update when it needs to be...
so I doubt it's from Ford's.  Phone just says number is from Buckeystown MD...

Called mar 1, 2014, listed as unknown name at 1:32pm.  I never answer the phone and have turned off my answering machine.  

I just got a call on my cell phone from this number and did not answer it because I do not know anyone at this number.

I have several missed calls from this number.  I have also tried to answer calls from this number 3 times- but no one is ever there.  I had my ford serviced recently so I'm guessing that's the link of how my number is on some list or something.. But I'm highly doubting this is anything legit from Ford

Thanks for submitting that 800 number to be taken off their list.  I get repeated calls daily, and as usual with scam/b.s. calls, no message.  Guess it was only a matter of time before the crap we used to get on our land lines would end up on our cell phones.

Many calls. Rings only twice and leaves no message. I am on the do not call registry so do not call again!

I received a call from this # at 7:55 PM yesterday.  They did not leave a message.  I have read through several comments regarding this #.  If this really was from a Ford Motor Survey, they really could leave a message!  Yes, I did have service last week on my vehicle, and I typically get a follow-up call from the local Ford dealer.  I don't answer calls that I have no idea who it is coming from.  If it is important, they need to leave a message.

I was afraid to answer this call, but then I read the comments and I did have Ford Service recently, so I will answer it next time.

Yez isa fake name but did just take my car to ford dealership and had work done but I am still not going to answer the phone.

I received a call from said number which requested feedback on a recent trip to a Ford dealership where I had my car repaired. The caller did use the name of the respective dealer.

If you answer the phone call they will introduce themselves, specifically ask for someone and then explain why they are calling.. They don't leave messages since its just a survey.

Maritz is a marketing research company. They call you on behalf of the company that has hired them to conduct their surveys.

if you DO NOT want them to call just answer the phone, verify that is it you talking and ask to be removed from the calling list.

If you only refuse the survey you are not removed from their calling list...

You should remove your personal number from this thread. This is not where you request to be on the DNC list

I missed the call from this number on my cell phone; no message left.  I did recently have my Lincoln serviced so it makes sense this call was from the dealership/company.  They always call after servicing my vehicle to make sure I fill out the survey that they will be sending in the mail.

Yes, I just received a call from this number. I just had my Ford Fusion in the shop for oil change and tire rotation. I didn't know they called to survey. Thanks for the post! I think its great that Ford is calling Consumers to survey consumer expectations and results of an oil change etc. Keep up the great customer service Ford!
