Got a few calls from ARM w/o a msg ... if it's collections, that is what they might want, your "ARM".

240-699-8964 is a scavenger debt collection agency. The purchase old, expired and invalid debts and try to collect through intimidation. Ignore them or initiate litigation against them.

Called at 8:46 AM.  No message. No idea who this is.  Can't be important otherwise they would leave a message and say who and what they want.

I just received a call from this number...It asked if I was ***** I said yes and it was blank....GRRR.

Another call from them today. They have called several times and I don't answer.  They do not leave a message.  Apparently many others get the calls too and I see from the comments that they are a rogue collection agency.

I get this stupid calls EVERYDAY! I am so sick of this idiots. I called back one day and someone who didn't speak English well answered. I got so agitated that I hung up on them. I wish there was a way to stop them. They say the debt that I owe is from either 2000 or 2002. I get different dates depending on the person I have talked to. What can be done about this???? It flat ticks me off!

240-699-8964 is a scavenger debt collection agency. The majority of their "cases" are invalid or expired. They are bottom feeders. Ignore or laugh at them.

They call me all the time with different computer voices and different numbers asking for David Miranda. I am not David Miranda, and there is an option to press a certain number if you aren't the person they're trying to reach, and that terminates the call. It doesn't prevent them from calling back. I get one or more calls a day from this number (others too - but the same company) and I've been getting them since August 1, 2009.

Keeps calling several times a day. On weekends also. Sometimes very  early in the morning and late at night. We do not answer it and let our fax pick it up but they keep calling. They have several diffrent numbers they use. Here are some 571.431.1980,888.858.5979,800.260.9125,866.415.1669. Some have already been reported some not.

If someone is harrasing you over the phone, escpecially a collection agency you can file a complaint withh the fCC and you have to send the person calling you a registered cease and decist letter and a copy to the FCC. They will put a stop to it!

keeps calling every other day, I never answer it. Annoying telemarketing!

This phone # appeared on the caller ID  and there was no message, so I called the # and it was after hours, take me off your list.

These people call me daily at my business and they hang up without talking. Finally I called the # back and told them to take me off their list. When they asked for my name I flipped my lid.... I told them that they don't need my friggin name and to take me off their list. We'll see if the calls continue.

Well?  2406998964 started calling me on 8-11-2009 they never leave a message so I hook up a screamer on my computer can't wait for the phone to ring so my computer will answer it.  Sound is set very high?

They call and call, several times a day, asking for ******. (It's a recording, by the way).  no one here by that name.  I have tried following the prompts to tell them that, but they keep calling. This time I punched "1" as tho I was the person they are looking for.  I then got a live foreign-sounding person on the line.  Yelled and screamed for them to stop calling, I said this is harassment, I will file charges, etc etc.  Anxious to see if this works. Only time will tell.

this time I was home and did answer; the computer asked if I were...(my name) and I responded 'no'.. and hung up.  I have had the number on my caller ID many times in the past.  I jumped on line and I discovered that it is a collection agency; however I have no bad debts

If you truly work for the FBI, you can help me. I've been getting endless harrassing robocalls from this company over the past several weeks asking for the wrong person.  The company is either ARM or National Asset Recovery Services, and both companies say my number doesn't appear on their system, but I still get the calls.

I got a call from this phone number, I called back and no answered. They choose a wrong person to called , I work for the FBI and I will have this person track down and answer lots of questions and maybe behind bars.

I also received five calls in a row from (240) 699-8964 while i was at work. They didn't leave a message. I called them back and apparently this is a Collection Agency Called A R M (Account Receivable Management) and is located in Maryland. They asked me for my phone number and I refused to give it to them. This was a really wear call.

I was called by this #, five days in a row. I have my cell in silent, due to me being in class. When I search my voice mail, no messages are left. I just called them back, and all I got was a fake beep made by some looney
on the other end. Not professional at all. Now I know not to answer there calls.

240-699-8964 CAME UP ON MY CALLER ID AT MY OFFICE AT IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY.  I DIDN'T ANSWER BECAUSE I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER AND PRESUMED THEY WOULD LEAVE A MESSAGE IF IT WAS IMPORTANT.  NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT.  JUDGING BY PREVIOUS COMMENTS ABOUT 240-699-8965, THIS COULD BE THE SAME BUSINESS/COLLECTION AGENCY IN MARYLAND.  I HAVE NO UNPAID DEBTS NOR AM I LATE WITH ANY PAYMENTS ON ANYTHING.  I CAN'T IMAGINE WHY THEY WOULD BE CALLING ME.
