I just got the same message.  Called back and got a dead line.

I got the same thing a man with an Indian accent claiming to work for the IRS saying that I have been sued and wants 4200 from me. He used this number (530) 346-3403

Just got a voicemail from this number. It was Mark Watson saying I'm being sued by the IRS and I need to call back the very second I get the message. I don't think so!

Evening all, wanted to report another number 530-346-3403 instead of James Callahan there's a man with an accent and his name now is roonie cooper. He called and left me a message at 523pm and said that he's from the Irs and to give him a call back. No government officials work after five pm. I have filed a complaint to the real irs and the department of justice on both of these sites. Thanks for the above information. I would hate it if someone Else got scammed and actually ended up paying money like I did lastnight. Please be aware that this another number to look out for. Thanks.

Guys, Same thing happended to me. Someone called on Oct-25th and said a warrant will be issued in my name if I did not call ASAP. I called and no response. Glad to read all these posts. Thanks!

The same happened to me but unfortunately I got dupped big time.  This is a complete scam and I wish that I would researched it before giving them the couple of hundred of dollars that I did.  I hope whoever these scammers are they get jailed.

Thanks guys...it's a good thing I read this posts, I had the same voice mail on my machine. Tyring to threat me saying that I have a lawsuit against me. Next time he called, I will just hang up then. Thanks again.

I got 2 calls from this individual as well and I called him back.  He claimed "I am going to arrest you and have your families passports and green cards" cancelled and thats when I said.."But my wife and kid are both US citizens" and the he said "You are being smart and I am going to have you arrested" and hung up.  I called montogomery ct police department in MD and reported this to them.  It appears to be an unlisted Land Line number emanating from Damascus MD and this individual appears to be targeting immigrants or individuals with green cards if I had to guess as a way of extorting dollars out of scared individuals.

I received 2 calls from 240 745 1391 and 1 message on my voice mail on oct 22. The message was that I was being sued by the IRS and not to ignore the call etc . I did not return the call.

Got a call twice and received a voice message both times. The first time I returned the call, he mentioned he is calling from IRS and his name is Paul <something>. He mentioned that the IRS has a criminal case against me and asked me if I have a criminal lawyer to represent me. I said 'no' and asked him what is the number I can call him back. He refused to provide any information and mentioned that all the information that I am looking for can be obtained from the local police in the next few hours, who are on their way to arrest me

I got the same call couple of times today, when I called and demanded the guys Name and IRS employee ID before giving any info, he was evasive and started getting aggressive with me, as I kept demanding his employee ID, he told me I was a fake and hung up.

Got a call from that same number this morning telling me that i owe money to the IRS and that if i don pay today they will come arrest me tomorrow for 15 years. He was telling me that i owe 3000 something dollars and telling me i better start packing if i dont blah blah. SCAMMER beware. 2407451391.

I got the same exact voice message. Man with accent left message to me. His name "James Kallahan".

I got the same exact voice message on my answering machine at 8:15 PST... Looks like its a scam - BEWARE!!!

Man with accent left message saying I'm being sued by the IRS and I need to call 240-745-1391 right away. I dialed and didn't even hear a ring on the other side. It was just a dead phone line. I hope me calling that number didn't somehow link him into my telephone account to gain access to my number to make long distance calls.
