It is a fraud, they charge you hunderts of dollars or crowns.

Called today at 0:53 AM. No one answered, hang-up after like 1/2 second.
The number is from The Republic of Congo (former Zair).

Missed call at 6:28 AM from that number.  Then at 7:06AM appears as I called back during 30 minutes to that number to the Congo.  I got a $60.00 charge to my cellphone.  I called the company and they adjust my account but told to check who use my phone, as they didn't belive I haven't done the call.

Trinidad:...dey call meh 3 days ago...I call back and could hear a woman talk..."west africa, and if rita is there" I was asking her if she knows that she is calling to trinidad and she say.."yeah yeah trinidad"...lol..I dont know what that story is about...
the call didnt cost much...I have pre-paid...so I dont know what happens if u have post paid..hopefully u wont get a bill about 1000$

I am from Suriname in South America.My phone rang this morning 8:00 AM local time. When i picked up, just didn't hear anything and the call dropped.

i've just got a call from this no few min ago.i call back and i can hear it is my eco.i just found this post and now i am wondering what will happend next.Maybe they will just take my credit or...it will be usefull if you will post here what will happend next.

Got a call from this number @ 7:39 a.m. on 30th Sept 2009. Was trying to find out who called. After reading your posts, I was happy I missed it. Probably another Nigerian who wants to make me a multi-millionaire overnight.

this number called me today, and yesterday I got call from different number, but first numbers were same. Today's number was +243123091 and yesterday's number was +2431231253.

Didn't answer the phone. It rang few times and then went off. didn't even call back.

Just got this one too, on an Irish number.
