I heard a pre recorded message when I answered the phone call from this number.
The message was that I should call back, because someone wanted to have contact with me.
I think it a scam from an African country.

I got the call also...I'm from suriname...this time I didnt waste time callin..I had it once before, and got an African woman on the line when i called, wanting to date me...weirdos

Got a misscall from this number. I called the number and got a strange lady on the phone that ask me to meet het in Ghana or something. I hung up. Who are these people? She said that she knows me
