Both my husband and I received a garbled automated message on our cell phones about our debit card, something about fraudulent charges, and needing to reactivate for use. We have checked with all our banking and nothing is showing any accounts deactivated or wrongful charges. My call showed 248-260 and my husband's call only showed 260. I pressed 1 for more information and then it asked me to press 1 again to reactivate my card for debit or ATM use.

I have 2 insurances for medical treatments & surgery and yet this company (who ever they are) continues to call my home # and cell # morning noon and night but the number always shows up as "name unavailable". I'm certain it's a debt collection agency. They stop at nothing to get the money, yet they wont go after the insurance companies the way they persue me. This is total insanity.

I get this call several times a day.. I have never answered it. Now that I read all the above, I have

If the line is set up to only dial out, then incoming calls are automatically sent to a non-completion recording. The called ID function on your line will still function, showing what telephone number is calling you, you just can't call it back.

I kept getting calls from this number 2-3 times a day. No one would be there when I answered. Finally this morning when I answered a woman said she was from the Pioneer American Insurance company and had an offer for me. I stopped her telling her I wasn't interested.

3/10/11 -- The collection agency I found on this website and emailed says they have nothing to do with this number and it is probably a scam. Their advice is to contact the FTC fraud division.

On 3/10/11 at 1:10 p.m. I received a call from that number. I picked up but said nothing, and they hung up without speaking either. I went online and found out from your website it is a collection agency. I do not have any debts so I looked up their email (again thanks to your website) and told them I would report them to the FTC if they called me again.

I keep getting a call from this number and then when I try to call it back it tells me this number is no longer in service or the call can not be completed. How is the call coming through, but not registering as a valid number.

I have just recently began receiving calls (all day) from this number. Naturally when answered no one says anything. It's a headache...! I've had NO dealing with any hospital since Nov. 11, 1982...after delivering my son...and C&P Telephone Co's. medical insurance paid the entire bill...!!
So if this is a collection agency, why are they calling me...and why do they hang up without a word..??
