This 248-237-6172 number has called myself and my family leaving threatening voicemails. Listed as Level 3 Communications LLC out of Auburn Hills.
I wish the FTC would do something about these type of scammers!

I received 2 calls on my cell phone and 1 at work. The work call came from 248-237-6172. Say's his name is Victor Gomez and left a similar VM as Nicole described each time. The call back number left was 866-254-9204. All these calls were in short succession, one after the other.

Got a call from my boss tonight.She said a rude woman called my workplace and told her I was to call a phone number and then gave her a claim # for me to use.The number I'm supposed to call is 1-866-481-3953. ???????

I received the same voicemail as Nicole and the return number was 866-481-3953.

Nicole, they have no court order they say that to scare you. Next time you they call tell them to give you the case index number and in which court you have to appear and you will see they will hang up the phone on you.

This company just called me. At work and couldn't answer, so they left a voicemail. Stated they need to verify my address to serve an order that was "placed" this morning, and that I have "one opportunity" to call and then said, "You have been notified." ... I have no orders/judgments or anything against me, no outstanding debts...and am intelligent enough to know that an actual court order would be served, without prior notice via voicemail. Furthermore, there was no company name, no attorney name, just a woman stating her name was "Rachel." *sigh* Try again.....this is the number on the caller id but the number she left to return the call is 855 659-0701.
