This afternoon I received a call on my cell phone from this number. No message. I already have 2 degrees, so why would I be interested in going back to college? Where did they get my number from? I have no idea.

don't answer they are illegal phishing calls

collegereferral.net or Level 3 Communications VoIP calling with a bad lead, saying they think you are interested in continuing your college education. It's because I filled out some survey online. I was asked if I was interested and I said no. I was asked if I would like to be contacted in regard to more college and I said no. Someone sold them my phone number anyway (which was required to register for the survey. I don't mind surveys, but that one was not nice.

It was a person from India saying that understood I was interested in going to college!!
