called my cell phone, at first was a recording saying the michigan sec of state says I may be paying too much for car insurance, if i want to lower my rate, press 1. I did so I could chew them out. A person with an accent answered and asked if I wanted to save on car insurance and offered to quote me an Allstate policy. I said, "can I ask you a question? have you ever heard of the national do not call registry? if so why are you calling me since I am on it" he said you must have asked for a quote on line or someone else did and put in my cell phone. It is BS. I reported them to the nation do not call registry.
