Second or third call from this number finally answer..I said Hello he said Mrs. Mendrysa? Like he new me and I said who's calling? Then he hung up

After long pause, said he was calling to thank me for past donation to Disabled Veterans, then gave info that I had given to a former caller for Disabled Vets, from Southfield, and said my donation last year was sent to the Veteran's Hospital in Livonia.  I have never heard of, and cannot find any Veteran's Hospital in Livonia.  He had my address and when I said we had too many calls for Veterans and were not giving any more, he hung up.  It appears he is not from Southfield or Farmington Hills, but somehow gets those phone numbers to call from.

Received a call this morning from a "Parvin".  Said he was collecting for the local veterans.  Scary.  He knew my address.  We need legislation to stop these phone solicitations for cash.  Trouble is legit charities suffer because of the scammers because we just don't trust anyone.  Be wary everyone.

Had dead silence for about 5 seconds when they called me.Then a voice came on asking for a donation. The group is trying to get donations for a mosque being built in Southfield, Michigan. I am a Christian and only donate to my church. Told them to take me off their call list.

I get the same calls He has asked by name then hangs up. Called the number back and got a message that the phone number was no longer in working order. If he is from the Michigan Veterans of America, I would guess the number he is calling from would be a working number. Just another scammer my guess.

Got a call today from this number at 1:25 pm.......no one on the other end answered, then hung up. Any new info. regarding this number, please post.

they keep calling my Mom and leave no message but call 5 times in a row for the last two days. I have it blocked for her now

Received a call from this # 248 397 8116 with this - V12060905101811 in front of it. Answered it, and NOTHING. Hung up as fast as I could. What's up with this???  Looking at the above comment - the V may stand for Michigan Veterans of America - either way - unsolicited.

No message, but 248 is a local area code.

Very bad connection - probably VOIP from outside US.  Asked for my wife by name and stated he was from Michigan Veterans of America.

Received a call from this # - person hung up after I answer the phone. Not the 1st time. Am starting to write day & time called to make a complaint to phone co. & police for harrassment.

he said his name was jerry trewyler(spelling may be wrong),and wasn't from a company and then hung up.

Several phone calls from this number while not at home and of course no voice message was left on the recorder from this caller.  Caller ID says "Royal Oak, MI".  Called the number back and got a message that the phone number was no longer in working order.

lost most control of my fingers, body, have constant spasms & tremors (post-polio) with throat & lung cancer, so pleaqe bear with me, it hurts like hell 2 type or move(but i ain't dead yet doggitt!)


i told the  person i was terminal with abut 3 mons 2 live, please dont call again. and was harrassed he kept runing his mouth i ha            ung up

Answered the phone that was CAller ID'd as "Michigan Call". This was one of many times this number has called. Nothing but dead air on the other end.
