got a call from this number and it was a guy asking if we had a mod gage,  don't know what that is but he did ask if we lived at xyz address and we do.  Tried to call back and can't understand the recording.

music then answered 2 mins later  couldn't eeven speak english sounded like he was at the other end of the world
