When you call back and its out of service that may mean that the number may be an out going line only, typically reserved for larger companies.

this number and a 248 keeps calling.. i always mis it, and it says 'out of service' i just dont get why?

keeps calling me at all hours of the day. I call back it is out of service. I have been getting these calls for two months now. This is not the only number there are about 6 more of the 248 numbers with the same results.

This number (248-455-0899) keeps calling me, when I answer they hang up. When the number is called back it is a non working number. WHY!!!!!!!!
