They did the exact same thing to my 70 year old mother, it was her funeral fund..and it was for a debt that had been paid nearly 10 year ago..I'm suing them.

I am having the same problem. They call my house looking for someone I do not know. So I just let the idiot talk to the answering machine.

Law office of Timothy Baxter looking for a person of the name of Justin Berkley who gave them a fake number evidently because I do not know this person. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me I wonder if I can get my cell number changed,I think it is too catchy of a number so people put it down for theirs & I wish they would KNOCK IT OFF!! These calls are annoying to say the least.

I made payment arrangements for my husband on a credit card that we defaulted on because they did not honor the fact that we had disability insurance on the card then my husband went on disability so they turned it over to these blood sucking leaches. well we paid the monthly amount that i had to scrape up anyways so i found out that they were not applying all of my payments to his account so i told him untill it was being applied to the account then i was not going to pay so what did they do the sent a garnishment out on all accounts that had my husbands name on it. so long staory short they took what was left of his monthly disability check and what was left in my account with his name on it and made me bounce checks and be without any money for days because our accounts were froze till he got paid. i dont really think that they should be able to do that without sending us notice at all.

Just got a call from my 72 yr old mother- n-law
Telling me that this guy just took all the money she had in the bank.

I thought they were out to help us for a while too then they went and stabbed us in the back too.  So, when they wanted to do a settlement amount which we could have very easily paid off.  NO WAY!!  I made them keep taking the small weekly payment amounts that we were paying to keep them doing all the paperwork.  AAAAAWWWWWWWW  kinda sucks dont it!! Treat others as you would want to be treated!!
