Caller wants to lower my interest rate on my mortgage. What mortgage?

A call from a number I didn't recognize. No message. Just had me wandering who it was!

I missed their call. They left no message.

Called early this morning got my voicemail so all I got of the message was it'd be my last courtesy call ( despite the fact that I've never received a call before) and call the toll free number above. Never called back.

the first time i called and i asked the lady what  the company was.. she said "uhhhh.." then hung up.

then i called back again and got a different lady and told her about the first lady, and she laughed..
she said they are a company that helps with high CC interest, sometimes they get my info from other creditors. i asked her to remove my number, and she was very nice about it..

it was definitly strange that the first lady hung up though

Same thing as the hang up. Male voice says hello, I say hello back and then call was disconnected. It was the highlight of my day....I actually got someone to call me :) Just not sure if I wanted a guy calling me. :(

Got the call and didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number.  Checked the voicemail and it was the same message others have gotten from the woman stating that we spoke before.  Funny, I sure don't remember talking to anyone.  Plus, I don't have any credit cards, so how am I only paying mimimum payments on something I don't even have? lol

Very annoying, and a waste of my cell phones minutes...

Same I was texting I got a call so I answered a guy said hello and nothing else i kept saying hello then just hung up. I thought it was one of my old boyfriends friends playing a prank on me but this has happened to others.  scary

(248) 623-7075 called and male voice says Hello and then disconnected. Unwanted call and my number is on do not call list

Got a call from 248-623-7075, they said hello and hung up. I attempted to call back as this call came through on my office phone. Number says it is disconnected. I then called back on (877) 723-1423 and asked that I be taken off the call list. They agreed to do so. That should be the last time I hear from them.

I am complaint that someone called our government work.  No allow to call my phone numbers from them.   I am going to call Don't call National at period.

I am urging everyone who gets a call from the company to post on FB the number to call and have your phone numbers placed on their do not call list. Maybe if enough people are pissed about the wasting of their cell phone minutes we can shut these jerks down. Here is what I just posted on mine. ATTENTION oh EVERYONE, take a quick second and call 18777231423 and request that this company leave you alone. I just got a call on my cell that quite literally wasted my minutes. Granted it was only a few, but it is still enough to piss anyone off. It is a debt consolidation company that likes to SPAM you and try and get you to enroll. Please pass this along to everyone you know.

I got a call from the same number. Just a 'Hello' and then a disconnect.

I never answer phone numbers I don't know.  For some reason I answered this call.   I said my name and a guy said hello and hung up.

Just got a call a few minutes ago. Caller ID said Clarkston, MI 248-623-7075. I won't answer numbers I don't know but left a msg on machine saying Hello then nothing. Seems like a lot of us are getting this call today.

A male voice sounding like a recording with a quick Hello as previously reported. No response.

Just received a call from 284-623-7075, did not recognize number, when i answered male voice said quick hello then no further response.

Scam credit repair company.  I don't own anything in my credit card.  The message they left me was "Hey guys, This is Anne Williams here. Hey, We spoke on the phone last week about possibly trying to lower your interest rates in reducing your monthly payments on your credit card, so wanted to let you know that I did find a solution. So we got our program I come over those interest rates as low as 1.5% and possibly put your monthly payment in half. And since you were only making the minimum payments is is a great opportunity for you. So this will be our last courtesy call, so please give me a call today at 1(877) 723-1423 Again, it's toll free in the number is 1(877) 723-1423."

I had the same thing happen to me.

Caller identified herself as Ann Williams, she stated we spoke last week " Really, Wow, I don't remember you, Huge Lie "  about lowering interest  and reducing monthly payments on credit card(s).
She found a solution  " Wow I'm speechless, how Amazing , Not " a program that will lower interest to as low as 1.5%, and possible to reduce my monthly payments in half, because I was only paying the minimum you know.  ROTFL
This is the last courtesy call she will make."We can only hope that it is."

BTW, my time is valuable, and, I don't need spam or unsolicited phone calls like this, especially on my cell phone. Absolutely absurd!

Called my cell.  I said hello, he said hello and then disconnect.

I get several of the same calls every day on the switchboard.  I called the call back number - it was a debt consolidation type of place.  But I gave them a suggestion of putting an option at the end of the message to OPT-OUT.  They were very nice and agreed the suggestion would be good.  But the company doing the calling is not the company at the call back number.
I call that type of phone solicitation: SPAM.

Just called my cell, said hello and then disconnect.  I think it is wise to never call them back, could cause weird charges.

Caller left a message on my cell phone, said they had a solution for my credit card problems... (new to me...).  They left a toll free number (877) 723-1423.  When I tried their number (248) 623-7075, I got a no longer in service message...
