I just got the same thing.  At Beaumont, if you call from any number within the system, the number that they are calling from doesn't show up on the caller ID.  Instead, one of these 642- numbers shows up.  It is impossible to tell where the number originated.

I was notified that this number tried to get into my voice mail. 3 failed attempts

They called me, then it was like I was on hold.  Light music playing in background.

Called me, did not leave a message. Called back, nobody answer

This number has shown up on my cell phone, I feel like I am being stalked. No voice mail left.  I have no idea who Dr. Lazar at Beaumont Hospital is, but they should find out who on their staff is doing this to others and make them stop!!

Getting phone calls but no messages or answers?  What's with this with a professional office?  No Dr Lazar/Dr Genelli at Beaumont Hospital reception desk.
