told to call back...didnt work

Called several times despite my insistance that I wasn't interested.  I initially gave them an email address in order to get more info (I couldn't understand them on the the phone and thought it MIGHT be legit).  Now that address (which was previously unknown and unused) gets spam daily from various places.

They sold my address, I'm pretty sure.

I own a web design development firm and have been getting emails from these people constantly soliciting that I partner with them. In my opinion, never trust offshore companies who want money up front for the "privelege" of sharing business with them.  Any company that has to spam you for business shouldn't be trusted. Honest people gain clients by being tactful and will absolutely never ask for cash in advance. By the way, I sent them an email stating that if they liked my company so much, I would be happy to sell it to them for $10M, cash only. So far I havent received a response....

This woman calling herself Rebecca has called me twice in one day from a blocked number and left 248-686-1991 as her call back number.  She has also e-mailed me.  I couldn't understand a word she said on my voice mail, but the e-mail said they were Mindfore Solutions and they wanted partner with me.  They were very vague and it feels like a scam.  I don't own a software business or anything.

Its not that what all are writing. We are a offshoring software business and we do marketing. Thats all......

Called me and left a message about talking with their CEO and to call back but no one answered.

What can be done about this?

This company hides there phone numbers behind fake caller ID numbers (602) 283-1742.  They are trying to gather as much information about you as possible, who knows what for.  They will tell you that they want to buy services and their CEO will call in a few days.  It is a lie, I don?t know what they want but that is not it.
