This is a collector using a local number on caller ID to get you to answer the phone.  After the ring, the call looks like it might be local, same area code, first three digits show it might be from a city near me.  However, I answer the phone and get that long pause from the dialer and find its a call center.  Ask who it is, they wont say.  They are just looking for a specific person and wont say anymore.  But I get this on my caller ID and I think...hmmmm maybe its an employer local number......They didnt identify themelves when I asked them to do so.  dirty trick.....

Yup, poof!  I just answered a collector from this number...sigh

This is a collector.  In the caller ID, they show a city that is near you so you think its close and can't be a collector.  Then poof! you just answered one....
