claimed it was a call about auto stuff, I don't own a car.

2487589138 call my cell for a few day. They didn't leave a message and I didn't asnwer their call. They seem scam people who call around people. Watch out this people... they will scam you.

rang a couple of times while i was at work and on the phone, I didnt answere and they didnt leav a mesag jan 9 09 2:00pm pacific time I googled the # becaus wierd # keep showing up on my wifes phone, thats how i got this page.

I got I call from this number while I was driving, then I called back and heard that the number is not in service. Weird!

This number just called and went to voicemail. I tried calling back and a recording said the number was disconnected.

I received call on my cell phone and no one left a message.

Received call from 248-758-9138. I didn't answer because i did not know the number. No voicemail was left for me either. Did reverse lookup and found it was landline in Pontiac, MI

Add the number to your screened calls list and quit whining.

I just received a call on my cell phone from this number - given that I'm a student and oftentimes have scholarship committees or such calling me back, I answered but there was no response.  I tried calling the number back and as others have said - received the message that the number was no longer in service.  Then I decided to google the number and found this, and I think that these people should be stopped.  It is a waste of people's time and cellular resources.

I also had it ring twice and hang up.

I get calls about my vehicle warrantee and they warn me that this is the last call I am going to get unless I respond. When I dial 1 to respond as they ask, I get no one. I have gotten the same call from an 800 number as well: 800-219-7425. I cannot call back on either number. The recordeing that I get says the number is out of serveice.

this number called on the 6th at 1 and when I picked up they didn't talk and hung up. I called if back. Today and it's disconnected

Received a call on my son's cell and left no message.  When I tried to call back, it was disconnected.

The called me today with a car insurance scam.
I filed complaint with the FCC.

They called about 4PM.  I answered after 2 rings, but there was no one there.  About 3 minutes later, they left a voice mail.  I did not read it yet, because this is a new (2weeks old) and VERY few people have this number.  Why should I pay to pick up a scaam message?  Ever since I got this phone I have been getting this sort of call.  Two messages were from 'collection' agencies, which I never called back, and one asked me to call 800-464-8900 for free phone sex.  What can be the purpose of all this?  My wife's cell, which she has had for 3 years, has never gotten a single such call. Both phones are pay-as-you-go with Virgin Mobile. This seems to be a problem with new phones.

I had one call from them. They have been saying something about the "vehicle", and warned me that it is "last call", but I failed to follow their meaning (I have been in a noisy place). My attempts to return them a call was unsuccessful: "...wrong number...". They haven't left any message.

I just got a call from it, I answered with no response back.  The hung up moments later.  I'm glad I checked this out.

I don't believe it is legal for these telemarketers for call us. Can this be stopped? I pay for incoming and outgoing calls, so this is a problem.

Got a call from this number on my Cellphone, which I did not answer. When i called back it said the number does not exist. But then I found this website online.

sounds like this could be a fraud scam to record peoples numbers that want to talk about car warrantees... What happened to the no-telemarketing calls laws?
