yesterday I got a call from this 2488414391. What did they want from me??

not sure what language they were talking but from the sound of it, this is a phone company carrier specializing in long distance calls.

Not sure how they got to me (i do call out of the country), are you using VoIP service? which one?

very odd, got same call, same off voice message in Romanian for what appears some call plans to Europe, Australia and other places.

The strange thing about it, why in the hell did we get this call and why they left the message in Romanian?
Somehow they are targeting us, what do we have in common (cant believe they send all US random number messages in Romanian)

Things it might be:
am using VoIP and making many international calls (not Romanian)
Might have visited a Romanian website

the message is in Romanian. This is a phone company. They want to offer you a cheap deal (internet phone) talking to Europe.

the message you receive is in romanian and if you are interested l can translated for you, l want to to know my self who is that woman

I too got a call from this number.  The message sounded monotone and was in another language.  Very creepy, like a curse or something...

Looked up number, two possibilities Rochester, MI or Belgium.  Belgium would seem more likely since the message was in a foreign language.

message left in another language, not sure which.  This is the 2nd one in 6 months.  Curious to know what the message is.
