I got a call this morning from this number, but I didn't recognize the number so I did not call back. I decided to try to figure out where the call originated from first. I have just read about cell phone numbers going public and we would be bombarded by telemarketers etc... I ended up registering on the do not call list, but it takes up to a month.

Did anyone pay for their extended warranty using a check?  We sued them for a refund in small claims court and won the case.  Now we need to find out the bank that they do business with so that we can garnish their bank account in order to get our money.  If anyone has the cancelled check that that they used to pay for this warranty could you please let me know what bank this company uses?

Your help is really appreciated.

I have gone thru similar experience when i purchase auto warranty and subsequently decided to cancel within 30 days and they requested me to fax which i did and also got a confirmation from Tony Taylor. They asked me to wait for 90 days and amount will be crdited to my account It has been over 10 weeks i am yest to receive any refund.

Let me know how we can tackle this

Hi ,

I purchased honda extended auto warranty for my car using my credit card.
Later I decided to cancel it.They asked me to do a fax for cancellation
request ,which I did fax to 954 581 3210 number.She also told she recieved the fax
Her name is Kelly or some thing and she is saying credit refund will take
6 weeks.When I asked for their company address she says it will come in mail.But I need investigation on this.

She mentioned company name as Auto Warranty
